We initially hired Kelly, but due to a conflict in her schedule, ended up having Roy, her husband officiate our wedding. Roy was funny, charming, and made the ceremony a special experience. I really would recommend Roy or Kelly for your wedding. They were both professional, and empathetic to a nervous bride . Can’t say enough good things here.

Kelly was so nice and friendly! She recommended us to someone for our flowers and asked us if we needed anything else. The day of the wedding she was so kind and friendly. She helped to calm our nerves and she was very professional during our ceremony. Highly recommend Kelly!

Kelly's husband, Roy, was our officiant for our wedding ceremony. We met with him twice at their home office, once before booking and once about a month before the wedding, which was a great chance to get to know him and him to know us. They sent us tons of options for ceremonies so that we could choose the parts with worked best for us. He was a god-send at the rehearsal, where he and my venue coordinator ran everything so that me and my fiancé could relax. They have an extra charge to do the rehearsal, but it was completely worth it since their fees are not that high to start with. During the ceremony he was relaxed yet reverent, exactly the tone we were looking for. We had wanted a female to do our ceremony, but after meeting Roy we could see that he was not a man of the patriarchy, so to speak, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable in terms of assuming traditional gender roles or religious tones. Thank you so much Roy!

Kelly was great to work with! She was extremely responsive and resourceful. Kelly had so many ceremony options to choose from, which helped us tremendously. Kelly also performed the ceremony so beautifully, we were very thankful to have her marry us!

My husband and I had our ceremony performed by Kelly in 2015. Sorry about it taking so long to write this review... I was uhhhh... washing my hair.

Kelly made this whole ordeal so simple for us. It was pre-marriage equality so we had to travel from Texas to New Mexico. She suggested a venue since it would just be the two of us and two guests, and we set up the date and time. Through Kelly we hired two witnesses and we got the deal done. It was a gorgeous sunny day, it was warm, there was snow on the side of the mountains, a rattlesnake was sunning on a rock, some geese were screaming at each other in a little pond, and I can't imagine a better day for it all.

Kelly is warm, generous, patient, and loving. I am so grateful to her for helping us make it through to the other side of couple-hood. Here we are, almost exactly seven years later, and she still crosses my mind.

Kelly…what can I say about her. We just love her. She performed both of our ceremonies. We were officially married in April, in our living room, because of the COVID capacity restrictions. Our formal ceremony was postponed to September, and we decided to hire her for that one too. She asked ahead of time what color she should wear so she didn't clash with the wedding party, and I thought that was so thoughtful. I would have never thought of that. She was so lovely and professional; we felt her services were needed for both ceremonies we had.

She took the time to send us a wealth of vow options so we’d have somewhere to start. That was a life-saver for us. For the first ceremony we mixed and matched verbiage from the various vow options. We selected one of her vow options for the second ceremony, with a couple deletions, and she even offered to add to that verbiage to ensure it was an appropriate length. Her additions were breathtaking and perfect.

When she arrived for the formal ceremony in September at Tanoan Country Club, she hunted us down in the dressing room to check in and be sure everything was going well. I’m glad she did because I forgot a small detail that would have messed up the ceremony. She was kind enough to ask me about it to ensure things were in order.

Kelly was wonderful throughout our wedding experiences this year. If you can book her, you should! She is professional, efficient, kind and thoughtful.

This is my very first marriage, so I didn't know what to expect, honestly. I was in charge of planning every detail of my wedding. I really had no guidance, no direction, no help at all. I found Kelly Atkin on line and decided to give her a try. She only had a TWO week notice but she took on the challenge like a trooper. Kelly was not only able to work with a short notice but she made our elopement something special and meaningful! She really helped to ease my fears/anxiety through this whole process.
