We used Amigo Booth for our wedding last week. We paid extra to have printing at the event, however when they got there, the printer was malfunctioning and no one got pictures. This was disappointing, so we emailed a few days later to ask for a refund for the printing services. They were completely on top of it and had already ordered printed pictures for us that they are mailing to us so we can send them out along with our thank you notes! They also refunded our money for the printing services. Things will go awry on your wedding day, but we're so grateful for their fantastic customer service reaction to fix this!

We looked at and researched many photo booth companies for our wedding in Long Beach, CA in December 2015. Ultimately we settled on Amigo Booth and were very pleased, although there are some things to keep in mind for anyone else looking to hire them.
To start off, the photos are gorgeous. Of all the booths we looked at, Amigo Booth provided the most impressive photos, with subtle but effective processing done automatically for each photo. There was actually no real comparison in photo quality and that's the main reason we went with them.
However they are also one of the most expensive and least flexible options that we looked at. The cost is high for what they offer and there are not any of the "perks" that come included with other companies (backdrops, props, etc.), though they did provide a hanging rack to drape our own decorations onto. There was also no guestbook option which is something that was offered by most other photo booth companies.

They showed up on time with all the equipment and a worker to stay near the booth in case of questions or problems. She didn't need to step in as far as I know but it was nice to have someone there just in case.
The booth itself was attractive and had an easy to use interface for taking photos and then either emailing them or printing (or both). The interface was simple but a little buggy and often would not show the correct 3-2-1 countdown for each photo, sometimes resulting in poorly timed photos.

They advertise availability in both San Diego and LA. We were told initially that Long Beach did not count as being in the LA area despite being in LA county, and that we would need to pay an extra $100 travel fee. To their credit, they waived the fee, but it is something to keep in mind if you are not located very close to their LA or San Diego locations.
Overall, it is hard to argue with the finished product. The photos look amazing and are easy to access on their website. In terms of results, AmigoBooth delivers.
