Airplanes move around or are stationed outside (weather permitting) to allow the most ideal set up for your very special event. Your guests not only can be “up close and personal” with these “warbirds” but we can even arrange special flight experiences for the guest(s) of honor.

Love is in the Air!!!

The American Airpower Museum is an incredible place, with such a unique backdrop for any event. My husband and I celebrated our wedding there in June with over 300 guests, and not only was it spacious (I mean, they fit a LOT of AIRPLANES in there!) but it was so special to have a museum to ourselves for the night, with the freedom to decorate it and choose our vendors, not to mention the volunteers who gave our guests mini tours throughout the night. Our guests are still talking about it almost a year later, as if it happened yesterday. We had a lot of children attend our wedding, and the museum offered something for everyone, with hands on displays for the younger guests, and elegant, awe-inspiring aircraft to sip cocktails (or shirley temples) around. I know brides & grooms are always a bit biased about their wedding day (as they should be!), but seriously, the American Airpower Museum is a totally AWESOME place to have a party. Larry was so great to work with and made the space rental and planning process so smooth. Best. Day. Ever.

Larry was great to work with. We had the whole museum from 5 pm to 2 AM with tour guides and security and it was a BLAST!
Larry worked with all of our vendors very well, the airplanes and the museum were open for all the guests who LOVED them. Our pictures look fantastic. I'm so happy with everything that happened.
I wanted pinatas and Larry put them up for us to use. We took pictures ahead of time and the tour guides showed us and our guests around. Great place to have a wedding.

The American Airpower Museum is an unconventional place for a wedding, however, we had an excellent experience. We were looking for an aviation-related setting and the Airpower Museum was perfect. The Airpower Museum is located in a hanger at Republic Airport. The Museum's collection includes operational WWII-era airplanes and other memorabilia. During our reception, our guests were able to see the airplanes and other displays, in addition to having fun at the actual party. The museum staff were very helpful and enthusiastic. For a couple interested in flying, this is a creative, fun venue.
