Excellent in every way!
Amber was the best photographer I could have asked for, and the perfect one for me. I wanted to exchange my vows in a natural location, and Amber made my dream come true! She was totally onboard with hiking out to a waterfall in the Columbia River Gorge, and was a champ at working around the small group of our loved ones who chose to make the hike with us. Amber seriously hiked 2.5 miles with two cameras to capture our photos right where I wanted, and then continued taking photos at our reception in East Portland! She was incredible to work with, just so encouraging, communicative, flexible, and professional. Also, I’m stunned at how well she edited the photos- they came out perfectly moody, romantic, and breath-taking. I’m SO happy I hired Amber!!! If you are also having an outdoor wedding, I 100% recommend her!!

Flexible and Creative
Working with Amber has been one of the most wonderful experiences!! My husband and I hired her to shoot our elopement on the coast of Oregon after finding her work online from afar at our home in Colorado. She talked with us ahead of time and made us feel incredibly confident and comfortable as our elopement date neared. She was highly flexible to work with and incredibly attuned to our needs and who we are as a couple. She provided us with the perfect balance of recommendations and ideas that evolved seamlessly based on feedback we gave her along the way. It truly allowed our day to become perfectly unique and SO us. She has a true artistic and creative talent that is hard to find, and her ability to work so easily with people makes her an absolutely phenomenal photographer for an elopement. We recommend Amber and hope you love working with her as much as we did!!

You won’t retreat choosing Wild Elopements Photography!!!
I HIGHLY recommend Amber at Wild Elopements Photography to anyone needing engagement photos, wedding photography, and more.
When I stumbled upon Amber's instagram, I loved her natural colors and airy aesthetic - but when we talked over the phone for the first time to discuss details, that is when I definitely knew I had made the best decision in hiring her for our wedding.
Amber had so many ideas, and continually kept me excited about the wedding!
When our wedding day arrived, she fit so seamlessly into our group of family and friends and was such a huge help throughout the entire day.
She was at our wedding for 10 hours (Can you say superwoman!?), and captured every part of our big day perfectly. We just got our sneak-peak recently and we are OVER THE MOON.... these memories we have captured now forever absolutely blew us away.
I am so grateful that Amber was a part of our wedding, and that we now get to call her a friend!

There aren’t enough words to even begin to describe how amazing Amber is. I hired her originally just for photography, but when I had a hair & make up travesty she reassured me that was too a make up artist and though hair wasn’t her strong point that she would be there for me if I need her to.
I am a very reserved, closed off person, but her open personality made me instantly comfortable. We were able to talk about life past present and future. She really listened to me and even was able to give me advice and motivational guidance.
I’m grateful rain wasn’t in our forecast, but being near the water meant wind and it was FREEZING, but that didn’t stop her from taking AMAZING photos. I wanted mood and she gave me B E A UTIFUL elegant mood.
Just my sneak peek brought me to tears, I can not wait to see the final pictures.

Amber is a GEM
Amber is truly a gem, she is so personable, helps you feel comfortable & takes the most amazing photos!!
We used Amber for our engagement session back in 2020, had to postpone due to COVID and did another shoot with her in 2021 before our big day. Amber is so amazing at what she does-everything came so natural with her!
Amber was absolutely amazing!! She shot our engagement, wedding & boudoir photos AND did my airbrush makeup for the wedding. I feel like she was a close friend and I loved her being a part of our most intimate moments together. You really will not find a better photographer/makeup artist!
