In the past, I had hired Amanda for a handful of beautiful dresses and was always impressed with the creativity of her craftsmanship. She can be a little delayed with her production times, but it hadn't bothered me in the past as I adored her dresses. My most recent purchase was a $295 dress that we agreed upon rescheduling the production date. Unfortunately due to her backlog of orders, the original date was scheduled past Etsy's guarantee. We made an agreement and I assumed she would honor her word. After multiple seasons of her then following up to reschedule my order, she decided to cancel my order all together. When I requested a refund, she denied it and said she'd get to it when she could because she didn't have the money. Yet, at the same time she actively posts and advertises her dresses and custom order intake on Etsy and Facebook. Months after she cancelled in Fall of 2015, as of today (March 29 2016), she refuses to reply or refund my money. Although creative and talented, I would not waste your money on this woman who is the polar opposite of professional. My experience was horribly dis-satisfying. I am a long time supporter of Etsy artists and have never experienced anything like this. She gives small businesses a bad name.
