The best dress shopping experience I had of anywhere I went! As someone who is from Knoxville, I was very pleasantly surprised that such a gem could be found in Erwin of all places. This was the first shop I went to when searching for my dress, but also went to multiple others in Knoxville and the surrounding areas. No where was as friendly, accommodating, and great to work with as Blue Willow. Hannah and McKenzie both were so amazing and so much fun to work with! AND they definitely know what they're doing! I was unaware how many dresses I tried on that were too small for me until looking back at pictures because of the attention to detail they bring and how well they clamp you into the dresses. They have such a wide variety of dresses and sizes that it makes finding your dress an absolute dream! And not to mention their accessories! They have such a great styling eye to pair veils and other accessories with your dress that you never would've thought of. They are so kind and honest and WILL NOT scam you into paying a ton of money! I was able to get the dress of mu dreams for a fraction of the cost it was at other shops. (I'm talking multiple thousands cheaper!) My experience at Blue Willow was so unbelievably wonderful and I can't recommend it to enough people!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Blue Willow Bridal! From the moment I walked in, Hannah made me feel so welcome, and Mackenzie was absolutely amazing to work with. They both made me feel comfortable, confident, and truly cared for the entire time. I never felt rushed or pressured—just completely supported and celebrated.

They also have a wonderful selection of dresses in a wide range of sizes, which made the experience even better. I said YES to the dress here, and I couldn’t imagine a more perfect day! 💍🤍

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Blue Willow Bridal! Sarah, Hannah, and Mackenzie are amazing and so great at what they do! I never felt pressured to hurry up and pick a dress; in fact I scheduled a second appointment to revisit a dress I liked and ended up trying on several more before I found the one!

They have a fabulous selection of dresses, several of which I’d seen online, but also private label dresses that you can’t find anywhere else! My dream dress ended up being a private label, and I would’ve never found it if I hadn’t shopped at Blue Willow! I should not that I shipped at boutiques from Bristol to Knoxville and Blue Willow was THE best!

I went to four different bridal stores before I came to Blue Willow and I can truly attest that I did not see a better selection of dresses, feel more comfortable, or receive better assistance anywhere else!
