Kristin at Always Eventful was absolutely amazing with the coordinating of my husband and my wedding. Not only do we have this opinion but everyone in the community that had hired or worked with Kristin had the same opinion. My husband and I are dual military and she was so so patient with our situation being half a world away from eachother. She was so easy to get a hold of and thought of so many things I would have never thought about in the planning process. She made sure to check with me on all the big decisions and had a perfect vision for what we wanted everything to look like. Our day was stress free with her by our side and we were so blessed to have her with us. Thank you!!!

Tricia did such an beautiful job coordinating every aspect of our daughter's wedding. Planning a wedding from out of state was not at all stressful knowing that such an experienced, organized, detail-oriented person was in charge. She handled virtually every aspect of both the wedding and reception through constant emails, text messages, several phone conversations, as well as face to face meetings - all necessary when planning from a distance . Tricia was amazing to work with and made sure everything on our wedding day happened as planned. Her attention to detail and ability to coordinate with the various vendors/staff let me, my husband, and our parents have a perfect wedding day that was stress-free. Working with Tricia was the best thing that I did while planning our wedding. We had an outdoor reception at our home, so there were numerous vendors and details that we had to attend to, and Tricia guided and advised us the entire time. In the beginning, we discussed our vision for the wedding day and she provided us with an estimated budget, which helped us focus on what aspects of the wedding we felt were important. She provided great suggestions for vendors and became our liaison with the vendors, so that we did not have to worry about the mundane details. She was understanding, supportive, organized and very responsive, not to mention, fun to work with. We could not have pulled off such a spectacular wedding celebration without her help! I would highly recommend her and her team- whether it is planning the entire event or running the "day of"- she was extremely helpful, and it allowed us the chance to really enjoy our wedding day.

Tricia is professional, driven, and so much fun to work with! We had seen her work at previous weddings (actually, one of the wedding's she planned is where my husband and I met!) and once we got engaged, we knew we wanted to work with her. Tricia knows and has great working relationships with lots of vendors within the NE Ohio area (and beyond...IE: she got us a great deal on chiavari chairs out of Pittsburgh), which is helpful when having to decide which vendors would be the best to work with. Tricia truly cares about your big day and goes to all lengths to make sure the couple/their families are happy! I would HIGHLY recommend Tricia for any and all events you need help planning!

Tricia served as our “day-of” coordinator for our September 22, 2012 wedding. My husband and I wanted to take a brief moment to rave about our experience with her. From the very first meeting we had with her, we were highly impressed. Part of the reason we chose her as our day-of coordinator was that she put us at ease, was easy to talk to, and we felt that we could honestly trust her with a task of such importance. Even on that first day we met, I felt confident that if I had to choose someone to make important decisions and preparations on my wedding day – she was the one. As a bit of a control-freak, this is a phenomenal compliment to her! Throughout our year-long working relationship, Tricia supported our ideas whole-heartedly, but was not afraid to let us know if something could be done in a different or better way. Her services went far beyond what we expected from a “day-of” coordinator. We know that we were a very “needy” couple with a very detailed wedding – and she was always kind, willing to help, and almost immediately responsive to any questions or needs we had. Her performance on our wedding day was nothing short of exemplary. Inclement weather decided to visit on our day, which caused a complete change in many of our plans. My husband and I were relatively un-phased by this, as we put the decision-making in her hands so that we could focus on getting ready and capturing pictures. Everyone was so worried about what the weather would mean for the ceremony and reception, but we knew that Tricia would make it work out wonderfully – and she did. We were absolutely worry-free. I cannot recommend Tricia high enough as a wedding coordinator - a 5.0 score simply does not capture how wonderful a job she did.

Tricia was great! We hired her for the months leading up to the wedding and also the day of (highly recommended). Because I was new to the area she helped me with local venders and even stayed calm when we changed our wedding details a million times!! :-) The day of she was great making sure I didn't have to remember anything and always reapplied my lipgloss. She truly just let me be the bride. I would recommend her over and over!
