I have purchased 2 dresses from Always Elegant, one for my son's wedding 2 years ago that I was so pleased with that I went back again this year for the dress for my daughter's wedding! I was not disappointed .Raffaela has a large selection of unique Mother of the Bride dresses and a good eye for what looks good on you. I have recommended her shop to others looking for MOB or MOG dress. Thank you Raffaela,you did it again- everyone complimented me on it. I was comfortable wearing it and It fit well and looked great!

Raffaela is the sweetest and will help you find the dress of your dreams. I am so happy I gave her my business rather than a large business like David's. Pat did an amazing job on my alterations, which were very difficult, as there was intricate lace and beading. I had the most beautiful dress I have ever seen and the amount of compliments I got confirmed that. (Rina di Montella) My mom also purchased a Rina and looked amazing, as well. A perfect experience! :)

If you are looking for speacial attention and exactly what you want..then this is the plcae to go to! Raffaela will be the most attentive, sweet and professional person you can go to! From the first day I met her I started recommending people to her-my mother bought her "mother of bride" dress from her as well, along with 7 of my bridesmaids...she was so helpful and worked with me on every detail. My dress was the most gorgeous dress...we added a few things to the dress and the alterations came out perfect. The price was right. If you want good service with the best dress then this is where you want to be.

One of my favorite vendors! Raffaela is SO sweet, and after describing to her what I wanted in my dress, she picked out the most gorgeous Rina di Montella gown that exceeded my expectations! Alterations were a little bit more expensive than I anticipated, but it was all worth it because my dress was absolutely perfect. In fact, the seamstress put in two different buttons to use for my bustle which was PERFECT--during cocktail hour somebody accidentally stepped on my dress and broke the bustle...but instead of panicking, I was able to have my bridesmaids quickly fix it by using the second button...I was so happy to have that backup! Raffaela always gives you the time and attention you need during your appointments, and I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a bridal gown!

Always Elegant is where we ended up buying our bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. We called in advance to see if they had the dress we were looking for and thankfully they did. The sample dress was green as opposed to the gray we needed and the owner was very helpful in showing us swatches and similarly colored Gray dresses to give us a better idea of what they would look like. The only downside is that we did not get a phone call when the bridesmaids dresses were in. I happened to find out they were in when I went with my mother-in-law to look for her dress. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

On a limited budget, I was surprised to find my wedding dress in a small boutique. The experience for my initial bridal appointment was great - the staff were helpful, but gave us space. We were the only appointment so we had the attention when we needed it. Unlike some of the bigger retailers (like David's Bridal), I didn't find the appointment to be a huge sales push - which was refreshing.

My later appointments for fitting felt a bit more pushy than when I went to get the dress. The staff insisted on showing me veils and jewelry, when I indicated that I was all set in those areas. After the initial fitting, my family and I didn't always feel terribly welcome (many bridal appointments and hard to get the attention of the staff). Ultimately, I found a beautiful dress and was mostly happy with the experience.

My dress was beautiful and they were very helpful at helping me pick it out and order it but when it came to alterations I was not happy. The cost of the alterations was way to much for the amount of work that needed to be done to it. The hem was coming out the morning of the wedding before I even left the room I was getting dressed in. The work that was done was shotty and I wouldn't recommend any bride to get their alterations done there but to look for a dress and order it they were helpful.

This place is horrendous! We orders the bridesmaids dresses in a coral, PAID, and a month later they call and say that the dresses don't even come in the color. So we travel back to the shop, some girls from different states to try on more dresses because they REFUSED to give us a refund. But offered us a shit discount. We had to skype the bride in to see our dresses.

Then we left them 4! Messages. Literally 4 and never once did the call us back. And now we are sitting outside their shop for a 9am bridal fitting and guess what, they aren't here because the store doesn't open until 11!!!!!! Are you kidding me????????

Do not use this bridal store. Every one of our three appointments was incorrectly scheduled, and our bridesmaids dresses are miss measured. They do not return phone calls and charged for the dresses before ordering them. Then two weeks after they were supposed to order them, called us and said they couldn't get them in the right color. They wouldn't give us a refund, and didn't apologize or offer any money back, so we had to change our dress and color preference around them. Could not be more displeased.
