We had a fall wedding, and instead of wedding cake we opted for the Allo Choclat's specialty caramel apples. The apples were absolutely fantastic; we got a variety of caramel w/ milk chocolate, dark chocolate, m&m's, and a few different nuts. Each apple was $8.95/ea. I went the day of the wedding (Saturday 10/1/16) and picked up the apples. Only half of the apples were in the bag, but I paid of all of them. I called back as soon as I realized the error and within a few moments we went back and had the remaining apples in hand. Despite the small error of only giving us half, the customer service was great even though the store was very busy when I picked up. They even gave us a gift card to make up for the small error; I would've thought they did amazing even without the gift card, but that made me like them even more. Again, the apples were amazing, and the customer service was great.
