I recently worked with Alisa for all of my wedding paper needs and i couldn't be happier! She worked with me on a custom design and brought all of my visions together. I highly recommend her to anyone needing their save the dates and invitations.

The service that Alisa provided was awesome. She made it so easy, and everything turned out great!!

I ordered invitations from this vendor and in the beginning it was great. She responded to my needs and when I requested for an estimate, all she could respond is "would you like to move forward". I know that I was not obligated to purchase from this vendor but I went ahead and sent her the information that we wanted on the invitation. Still not knowing the price, she requested that to move forward I would have to put a deposit, which I did. Everything went good until I decided to actually purchase. When I made my final payment, it was very difficult to to reach her. I e-mailed her through the website etsy.com and she would take a few days to respond. After that, I wanted to check the status on the order and low and behold her etsy.com account was not working anymore. I guess she was too busy to respond so be careful when ordering with this vendor!!!!! BUYER BEWARE. Her products looks vey beautiful but be careful when ordering with her.

If you ever plan on buying anything from Alisa Marie Designs – DON’T! This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had! This post may be long, but well worth reading!
She was great when I paid for my deposit. She responded to all my emails and answered all my questions, but as soon as I made a full payment. She made every attempt she could to ignore me.
A week after I paid for the invitations she told me she was sending them out in the mail on Sept 7th and they would arrive in 5 days via UPS – ABSOLUTE LIE!!! My invitations never arrived when she said they would and she refused to give me a tracking number when I asked for it 4 times.
I must have emailed her at least 8 times between Sept 10th to Sept 27th and she ignored all of my emails. She ignored all of my Facebook messages and all of my phone calls and voicemails I left on both numbers on her website
I am 99% certain I only received my invitations over a month later, after contacting PayPal demanding a refund from her.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GIRL SHE!

Alisa did both my save the dates and invites and I wish I would have seen the reviews posted before and NOT ordered from her! I have since seen so many horrible reviews. I cannot believe it, it is like someone wrote my review for me. I am so upset to see that the same thing has happened to many others before!!

On both occasions, with my save the dates and wedding invites I heard back from her immediately, UNTIL I paid in full. At which point, it was almost impossible to get any response from her for 6 weeks about when I could expect them. She also blatantly lied to me about when she sent them out. When I asked for tracking numbers to prove it, I got nothing. It ALSO wasnt until I threatened to request a full refund due to my date for RSVP being around the corner that I finally got a response. Even worse on both my save the dates AND invites she made errors, in print! She refunded me $50 on the save the dates and refused to provide anything on my invites. I made such a mistake ordering from her and hope others do not do the same. I could provide many details, dates and emails to back all of this up and it seems this is what she does as Sarah also had the exact same expereince- disappointing. The last thing you need is additional stress when planning your wedding! Do NOT order from her, there are way too many great people making the same invites with way better customer service!

Save yourself the time, and do NOT do business with Alisa Marie Designs. This has been the worst online experience I have ever had. Don't be fooled by the professional look of the website and the so-called 'design awards'. She is very responsive- until you pay her. It's basically a scam.
