A MUST-HAVE to guarantee a PERFECT Wedding!

Dear future wedding couples currently reading my review...

If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who will SINCERELY care about your wedding, go above and beyond for you both, listen to you, has A+ communication every time, has vendors who you may still have trouble finding, and as the special cherry on top, is bilingual in both English AND Spanish... then please do yourselves a favor and RUN, don't walk, to Maricela!

Maricela has been a part of our wedding journey since 2019 and right from the start she is so incredibly easy to talk to, as well as kept constant communication about where we were on our wedding planning. Although our original wedding date was October 2020, Maricela was super understanding and accommodating when we decided to postpone and move our date to October 2021 due to the pandemic. She even sent us a bottle of wine to cheer us up after making the incredibly difficult decision to postpone. She's THE BEST and to this day it's such a memorable act on her part that she deserves all the love and recognition for going above and beyond when we only hired her as our month-of coordinator.

Maricela, alongside her amazing assistant Claudia, made our wedding dreams come TRUE at the Vibiana in Downtown Los Angeles! When we say that the day was absolutely PERFECTION because of them, we're not exaggerating because they set up a very smooth timeline for our wedding. Throughout the entire day, both my husband and I were completely stress-free and simply followed their directions as to where we needed to be and what time. Everything sincerely felt sooo smooth and we did not hear of any problems at any point throughout the day!

We also DID NOT have to worry at all about vendor logistics or anything to do with setup/tear down. Even when I started to worry about certain things, Maricela and Claudia immediately reassured me, kept the line of communication clear, and even helped solve a wardrobe malfunction for the Reception. There are simply not enough words to describe how grateful and fortunate we are to have chosen Maricela as our wedding coordinator.

Maricela and Claudia, if you're reading this, we just want to say THANK YOU! We hope to have more future events just to be able to work with you both again and also plan to recommend you to our family and friends as well. Keep up the AMAZING work!!!

Our Wedding Day was a DREAM!

Maricela Alicia was heaven sent, a true gem! BEST decision !
Despite planning during COVID-19 we she made the planning process less stressful.
Maricela helped us plan our DREAM WEDDING that took place June 5, 2021. From the minute I had a phone consultation with Maricela, I instantly knew I somehow had to convince my Fiancé (now husband) that we had to hire a wedding planner lol! I asked Maricela if we could meet prior to hiring her and she without hesitation agreed to a time and place. Once my husband met Maricela he knew we had to hire a true professional! Maricela truly listens to her clients wants and needs, she listened and executed our vision... our wedding was a complete dream! Maricela is extremely professional, responsive, and always has a great attitude. During such an uncertain time, Maricela always had a positive and optimistic attitude. She kept us grounded and always checked in to see how we were doing. She held our hand through the whole process, referred vendors ( who we were extremely happy with ) and best of all negotiated with our vendors on our behalf to keep us in budget! Our wedding day was perfect and ran seamlessly. We felt as we were guest at our own wedding! The wedding day was extremely stress free, all our family and guests kept raving about how beautiful and how smooth the day went. We know our day was perfect because of Maricela. We 1000000% recommend Maricela to anyone that is considering hiring her. We miss our daily check-ins , but can't wait to continue to work with her in our future events!

Mar is amazing!

We loved working with Mari for our wedding, she was our day of coordinator. She came to our rehearsal the evening before and helped with that and then helped ran our entire wedding day. She is the sweetest human and is amazing at what she does. I could not recommend her more. She was always available to chat with me about anything I needed. She coordinated my vendors and made our timeline so we knew everything would run smoothly. She also set up and broke down our reception decorations. She truly is the best and cares so deeply about her couples.

Best Planner !!

I've worked with Maricela [Alicia C. Creative] in several occasions and she's the best planner you could ever ask to have for your wedding or any event. Her attention to detail is fantastic and her kind personality makes things even better. She's full of life, a visionary, a listener and a friend. She'll make sure to execute your wedding and/or event to surpass any of your expectations. Maricela is a professional with years of knowledge and experience. Look no more and hire her! I promise you won't be disappointed.

Excellent customer service and professionalism

If you want responsiveness from your wedding planner, Alicia is your best bet! I was introduced to her by my wedding venue as she was one of the preferred vendors. When I contacted her, she emailed me within 24 hours with a response. She even was helping me out as I was trying to figure out my catering situation. Mind you, this was done even when I haven't hired her yet as my wedding planner. She was very informative and helpful in guiding me thoroughly. After awhile, I realized I was in over my head with wedding planning because I thought usually I am a planner and I know when and where things to be done. I hired Alicia knowing fully that I would be in great hands of handling our wedding. We met up 4 times throughout the 1.5 year process of planning and multiple emails back and forth. Fast forward, the wedding day is here!!! Let me just say her timeline was amazing and everything and all our vendors were on time. Also, I got so many compliments from our vendors and guests about how organized our wedding was and how things ran so smoothly. She is an amazing person and she is very sweet and nice. She is very easy to talk with and in the end of our wedding process we became friends. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a wedding planner who is efficient, sweet, organized, responsive, and foremost affordable.

She has many vendors she works with so if you need help with some vendors she is the person to ask. She helped me find my photographer, officiant, florist, and clean up crew for our venue. I would have to say my hardest vendor was the photographer because that is what lasts from a wedding and I will tell you I had the best photographer ever!

Alicia is someone that you will not regret hiring and she will do everything that she can to help your wedding planning go smoother and the day of the wedding you do not have to worry about anything but you as the couple. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. My husband was so pleased with her because he had many doubts in hiring a wedding planner because he says I am a planner. I do plan parties and showers for my friends so ideally speaking he was like you can do our wedding. Little did he know how much detail goes into a wedding and there were many details that I would have not known by myself. He is so happy we hired Alicia and more so he was so happy because he knew I enjoyed the day of our wedding because I didn't have to worry about a thing because he knows I'm a worry wort too! As husband and wife, we are so happy to have had Alicia part of our happily ever after!

Best wedding coordinator ever!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Alicia C Creative (Maricela). We spent a ton of time looking for wedding coordinators and interviewed several prior to deciding on Maricela. We were first introduced to Maricela from a friend and when we first spoke with Maricela, we immediately knew we were in good hands.

Maricela was absolutely fabulous not only the day of the wedding, but also all during the wedding planning process. She was always so helpful to answer any questions we had in the months leading up to the wedding.

Our friends are getting married and the first thing we said was “You MUST hire Maricela for you wedding coordinator!” She became a great friend throughout the wedding planning process and totally respected and came through on exactly what we were looking for. We will continue to refer Maricela to anybody that gets married. Such a great coordinator!

The Very Best!

At our very first phone conversation, I knew that Maricela was the one! Not only was she so kind and personable, she took the time to listen to my vision (following my vision board) and in the end it was exactly that! In addition to her years of wedding planning experience, she has a well rounded and remarkable past experiences in hotel hospitality, a major in design, theater and lighting, and a career in education.
Maricela was always available to me via email or text and was such a delight to meet with at our planned meetings, for cake tasting, floral, and design etc.
She created and helped my husband and I stick to a budget, always making recommendations with our vision and budget in mind. She helped personalize our wedding in every aspect of décor and design and with her wonderful relationship with other vendors helped us find the perfect officiant, ceremony musician, DJ, florist, rental company, hair and makeup and videographer.
Finally, Maricela shined on the day of the wedding, coordinating everything, allowing me as the bride to relax and enjoy a worry and stress free day, which is how it is supposed to be! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Maricela was so patient and so kind. I would recommend her to any couple planning a wedding or any event in general. She is one of the best in my opinion!

Best decision I made!

Hiring Maricela was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process! She was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and has so much knowledge/ expertise to share. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about a single thing! We were free to enjoy our day and spend time with family and friends because Maricela had handled every single detail. She's the best!

From the moment I emailed Maricela a few months before my wedding, she and Diana were professional and so friendly. I had contacted other wedding planners who seemed like they would further stress me out, and after communicating through email I could tell that she and Diana would be an awesome team. Maricela was booked for my wedding date when I initially contacted her, but was still very helpful as I asked questions to both her and Diana. Diana was present for my reception and wedding day. Diana is awesome, and was loved by myself, my mom, and the rest of my family. She is so sweet and genuine and is a wonderful person to help manage your wedding day. I would recommend Alicia C Creative to any bride!
