I hired Alia's Catering for my daughter's rehearsal dinner. They have a wonderful menu to choose from and the food portions were very generous. We chose one of the Buffet Bars which was the taco and fajita bar. We had vegetarian options as well. They set up in our church fellowship hall so we could have dinner immediately after the rehearsal in the church. We helped ourselves and they returned later to pick up their serving dishes. We got many compliments on the food!
