Alex was awesome. On the day of the wedding, we had a little bit of an issue with the hair dresser, and she wasn't able to get done with all the girls in time, so he set up a game plan to do the guys first, then the family pics, and then the girls. It worked perfectly. We did pictures before the wedding so guests didn't have to wait around, and I would definitely recommend that. We had plenty of time for all the pictures we wanted and if I remembered one that we didn't take, I just let Alex know and we took it right away. Once the reception started, I barely even saw Alex (which is a good thing) because he got all kinds of great candid pictures. Also, he memorized all of the bridesmaids' and groomsmens' names which was crazy. AND he pinned on all the groomsmens' boutonnieres! Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend him!

Alex is great, we loved working with him on engagement photos, and also with his associate Tyler on our wedding day! Alex is extremely professional, takes gorgeous photos, and his editing style is simplistic and real - nothing super filtered or trendy whitewashing, just very classic and timeless - and the value for the investment price is a steal. He has a great eye for involving colors from nature; our engagement photos in the fall incorporated red and orange leaves, while our wedding photos incorporated a beautiful spring purple that was absolutely stunning. On top of that, I’ve been to weddings where the photographers are distracting or even create a commotion with yelling at their clients, but Alex and Tyler blended right in our wedding day and have such a relaxing and calming attitude, they almost become unnoticeable (I mean that in the best way) to let you enjoy your day and live in the moment instead of stopping and halting everything for a photo - we will have so many real and candid shots from our day and I am soooo excited to see our full wedding album!

We used Alex for both our engagement and wedding photos and were so happy with our choice. Alex has a talent for finding the perfect shot in any setting. We did outdoor photos for the engagement session and wedding photos were mostly inside. He gives great direction on how to pose and where to stand in group photos. The poses look natural and comfortable in every photo (and this is coming from a couple that generally does not like to take photos!). His use of natural lighting created the most dreamy and beautiful photos of our special day. He has such a creative eye and will give you heirloom quality pictures that you will cherish forever.

I also appreciate that Alex has a very natural looking editing style. Every person looks like themselves and no one looks washed out or over retouched. The photos Alex takes will not look dated in 10 years. They will always look classic and beautiful.

As if Alex's impeccable work was not enough, he is also very professional and kind. I don't think I have met a nicer person! He was perfectly on time and ready to go for both engagement and wedding photos. He was great to talk to and laugh with during both the engagement session and on the wedding day. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and treats them like a friend. My husband and I are so happy that we had the privilege of having our wedding photos taken by Alex.

Alex was so easy to work with! We had a small, intimate, family wedding and I wanted Alex to capture every person that was there and he did! He was professional, polite, and willing to do whatever we wanted. We were very happy with him and his work.

We absolutely loved having Alex take our engagement photos. From taking pictures of the actual moment, to driving around to different locations for the rest of our photo shoot. Ex: I had made a boutineere for my now husband to wear day-of. My husband and his mom struggled to get it to stay. Alex stepped in and was able to get it affixed to my husband’s suit. Above and beyond!
