I initially had a dress I like at another mainstream store and was searching the internet as I was a bit uncertain about the other dress. I found Alessa and made an appointment. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with warmth and friendliness, I felt super special which was important as I was doing this alone, my family lives out of country, so it was wonderful to have that. I had a few dresses picked out after telling them what I had in mind and working with a very limited budget my ideas that were so broad, the consultant was so helpful and actually paid attention to what I liked and didn't like to make sure we got "the dress" within my budget and we did! She helped me film it for my mom and then 2nd appointment I had my mom on video call, she was ever so helpful and honestly it was such a beautiful experience, I didn't get to pop a bottle of champagne, I will wait for my mom to do that but I am beyond happy with my dress and the entire experience.

Alessa's Bridal was a beautiful store than ended up having my dream gown! However, I was most impressed with their seamstress who completed the work on my very detailed dress. I was worried that it may look different, but it was perfect. When I came to pick up the dress, I noticed something that needed to be adjusted, and she fixed it right then and there. They also charge incredibly fair pricing for alterations! Great store with beautiful collection of dresses.
