Lisa Adams, our wedding coordinator (The Event Chicks), found Alaqua Country Club for us. We knew the first time we saw it that this was exactly what we were looking for. Amy Curry was the onsite coordinator and she was awesome to work with. She was so accommodating. We had to change the wedding date due to a family issue and Amy saved the day and found a resolution that met our needs. Alaqua Country Club is situated in one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Longwood-Lake Mary area. I did not think we could afford it, but again, Lisa and Amy worked together to meet our budget. I was extremely happy with everything. The staff was very attentive to us as well as to our guests. My guests were happy, so I was happy. The venue also had wonderful sites for pictures. Thank you Alaqua. You rock!

I absolutely loved our venue. It's gorgeous. The grounds, the building, everything about it is just perfect for a wedding. There are multiple options for ceremony and reception. Kelly is the coordinator, and she is fantastic. The food was absolutely amazing! I wish I could've taken leftovers. I wish I could've been there as a guest so I could've enjoyed it more! :)
