Although we did not book this venue for our special day, everything was so beautiful and we would highly recommend it, even if it’s just to take a look like we did! When looking for venues, it’s very hard to be set on just one. The coordinator at Harbor Hills was very helpful and the scenery was just beautiful.

To Harbor Hills Country Club,
We would like to first thank you all involved in the Persaud Wedding from consultation to choosing from different packages to setting up our big day.
Christy Rich thank you for everything you did for us. We knew at times it was grating. The constant changing and requesting services, it was evident our first encounter in doing anything like it. We both were in awe when we entered the reception room. It was perfect just as we designed it. You promised us that everything was going to be excellent and not to worry. We left it in your hands and you delivered on your promise.
The staff members on our reception night was great. Everyone involved attended to everyone’s needs and expedited our requests without hesitations. Since we didn’t go to a food tasting, we were unsure about the buffet we selected. Once again we put our trust in Christy’s hands and she again assured us the food is great, and she was right. The food was beyond our expectations. Everyone loved the food.
During the night’s festivities, one of our guests had a health issue that required immediate attention. But prior to exiting the premises the guest had a mishap. The security guard, Jay had our guest held in great concern and met every need possible. Jay went above and beyond his duty and had our guests clothing laundered before leaving Harbor Hills. Carolyn was the person whom perform the washing and drying of our guest’s clothes. We owe Carolyn and Jay sincere gratitude and praises for their compassion and assistance that night. Thank you both.

Harbor Hills was the best place for my wedding and reception. It is a beautiful venue complete with outdoor terrace, rain contingency, indoor reception rooms, dressing area and delicious catering! Christy Rich was incredibly helpful in creating everything for our special day.

Christy is the wedding coordinator at Harbor Hills County Club in Lady Lake, Florida. She was very nice and I was ALWAYS able to reach her. She is very quick at giving you a itemized price listing too. Steve was also very helpful. He was there for our taste testing (you must use their caterer...who is absolutely fantastic). We ordered the Chicken Marsala and Chicken Parmesan. Everyone was so please at how great the food was!

Christy and the team at Harbor Hills were amazing! They were very helpful from the moment I inquired about their services. The food there was excellent and the location was perfect for our reception.

Harbor Hills was such a beautiful place to have our reception! Communication was a little rough, which made us uneasy, but they pulled through in the end! The floor plan still wasn't quite what we wanted but it all worked out fine. The service was great and THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!!

I loved the price and it is gorgeous but the bridel suite was so hot when we got in they had to bring a fan. Then during dinner fact that they kept taking my food even after telling them were not done i found rude. They clean upevery thing before our time was up even though i said dont i would get it my self so i could take it all home was also annoying. They threw out my guests party favors just cause they were cleaning up. One of the coordinators was present during the whole wedding witch was fine but the snotty look on her face was not. They did close down the space to residents but we still had one random personal up on the balcony watching our ceremony and wound up being the creepy photo bomber in some photos. I would recommend this place but not for there service.

My husband and I had our wedding at Harbor Hills, the character count doesn't let me describe what a miserable experience we had because of Christy, but I will do my best. She is very unorganized and unprofessional. She charged my card without my permission and refused to take ownership of mistakes. Then she threatened charging my in-laws who live in Harbor Hills and have nothing to do with the situation. Unfortunately, per the review policy, I cannot post screen shots of her unprofessional emails, however, I will quote her last email to show her lack of professionalism. After a chain of emails between her and I, her last response was
"Is that a threat from you?? I would not say you are a fair person at all! Karma is a wonderful thing!"
Her husband, the President of the club, is as equally unprofessional. He called my phone, threatening legal action and then hung up. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this venue.
