The building is a historic 1930's CCC construction and beautiful. It is reasonably priced. It is managed by volunteers and they recently had a death of the volunteer manager a month before the event so I think the new manager was on a bit of a learning curve. Everything turned out beautifully and it is a unique place, much cooler than a hotel ballroom.

My friends and family took pride in leaving the facility better than we found it and I was still denied any of my deposit back. The rental manager is deceiving and unprofessional, just read the recent Google reviews.
