We worked with Armando and loved the photos we got from our wedding! Armando was very responsive, easy to communicate with prior to our big day, detailed oriented, and honest about what locations would look good versus would not look good which I appreciated it. He made me feel like he was there to genuinely capture our big day instead of just getting paid. The very next day we got a preview of some of our photos and WOOOW. Great quality and we can’t wait for the rest.

Armando and his assistant at AJ Photography were nothing short of spectacular for our wedding. From the start, with our enchanting engagement photos in the snow, we knew we were in excellent hands. Armando has this incredible knack for capturing the essence of moments, making even the simplest of scenes look breathtaking. His ability to blend candid and posed photography ensures that each photo tells a part of our love story.

On the wedding day, Armando not only continued his amazing photo work but also amazed us with his videography skills. Handling both roles, he captured the day’s emotions, the laughs, tears, and dances, in a way that felt both comprehensive and intimate. We received around 1,200 stunning photos and a highlight video that brought everyone to tears. Additionally, his willingness to provide raw footage of our ceremony and speeches was a gift beyond price, allowing us to relive those heartfelt moments exactly as they happened.

Armando's dual role as photographer and videographer was amazing, offering us a seamless narrative of our day without the need to coordinate between multiple vendors and for a lower price than booking a separate videographer. His presence was reassuring and unobtrusive, capturing every detail without ever feeling in the way. The quality and style of his work, combined with his professionalism and passion, made our wedding memories uniquely beautiful.

Armando was exactly what we were hoping to find in a photographer. We started working with him for our engagement photos which was in Colorado. He had another event that conveniently coincided with him being in our state that gave us the opportunity to work together from start to finish. We knew he would take more candid photos which is what we wanted, more of a fly on the wall to capture our guests interacting with each other. He was not one to gather groups for photos and we had to have our coordinator step in to gather certain family photos. The second photographer was amazing as well, they both exceeded our expectations! All in all, we were extremely pleased with him and the final product!

Armando is an absolutely amazing photographer which we already knew after our engagement photo shoot that was included in our wedding photo package. However, once we received our wedding photos, we were absolutely blown away! Not only did he take absolutely breathtaking portraits and capture big moments throughout the day, but he caught a lot of sweet little moments of our guests. After sharing the gallery with some of our family and friends, many of them commented “ I can’t believe your photographer caught this moment of my sons, dad, mom, etc”. We are completely able to re-live our day with his photos. I don’t even understand how he was able to do it, but he also put together an 11 minute highlight video capturing our vows, big moments and many more little moments throughout the day! I was bawling while watching it! Also, really important to us was Armando was extremely responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process and even came to our 30 days out venue walk through to make sure we were on the same page. He stayed on track with the shot list timeline I created and was open to hearing our ideas for photos but also shared his. He works quietly and worked really well with our day of coordinator who I adore but is very assertive, but it didn’t phase Armando and they made a great team! Armando is an extremely talented photographer and you’d be lucky to book him for your wedding day!

I am SPEECHLESS by Armando and his second shooter Eli! The work they did brought us to tears and the impact they had on our day will not be forgotten. His work is the exact vision I had. Armando is very reliable. He answers emails quickly and arrived to our wedding early. He’s is very professional and adaptable. Armando and Eli worked really well with our other vendors. It was so clear how passionate they are about their work and love for capturing special moments. Armando captured all the moments we asked for and so much MORE!

The video that Armando created was perfect! It looked like something out of a movie! With the rain and the mountains it almost look something from Twilight. I wish google allowed me to post the video. I cannot believe one person can create such amazing photos AND a cinematic video! I was amazed he got drone shots of the wedding! We had no idea! His prices are very very very reasonable for the insanely great quality work they did. The day of the wedding was the first time we met Armando in person. He was so easy to work with and made us all feel comfortable. He was great at coaching poses as well!

Armando was great to work with! He also did our engagement photos with our newborn which was a difficult task, but he was patient, professional, and we were really impressed by his work. He was very nice and fun to be around. He was calm and made the awkwardness of getting our pictures taken a very comfortable experience. His work is very detailed, and we loved every single photo he took! We also loved the video he compiled of the highlights of the wedding. Armando was also very good at managing our guests and helped us get a photo of every guest at our wedding. All of our guests were very impressed with his efficiency. I would highly recommend hiring Armando for anyone looking for a great wedding photographer!

We only had 1.5 months to plan the ceremony and due to the weather, our locations weren't confirmed until the event date. Since we want an outdoor ceremony/elopement, finalizing or confirming things in advance is hard. Luckily, Armando and his team were very patient and flexible before/during/after the event. It was fun and easy to work with them. We would 100% recommend them to our friends and everyone :)

Armando and his team were lovely to work with. They were friendly, helped put us at ease, and took beautiful photographs. As a mixed couple, we both look very different, but Armando and his second photographer did a fabulous job with their photos and editing. They sent us the final photos a little bit late, but I was never concerned that would be an issue.

We had just one criticism: there were a couple of elements (the escort card display and the buffet tables) that we wanted photos of, but we didn’t mention to the photographers specifically as we assumed they’d photograph a lot of the decor and other items. Unfortunately, those two things were not photographed, which was a bummer but taught us that if you want something specific photographed, be sure to list it in your shot list! Otherwise, though, we really enjoyed working with Armando.

Our experience was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better photographer. Armando was responsive, flexible and provided amazing work. We had a small intimate wedding and he captured every detail perfectly.
