Kacey Baxter at Acorn Studios provided the photography for my wedding last July, and I can't say enough good things about her! Kacey had the class and composure required to transition from a more conservative Church setting to the laid-back atmosphere of a backyard reception. We moved along without delaying the celebration too much, and she had a great way of respecting and honoring all of the important people while keeping us from getting too far behind schedule when the ceremony went a little long. She was open to all our ideas: we suggested a big group picture in the driveway on a whim, and she immediately grabbed a ladder (despite her general discomfort with ladders) and rolled with it! She had a great artistic eye that added to each picture in an unforgettable way. Her assistant was equally helpful, and they both blended into the crowd seamlessly to capture candid shots of the beloved people in our lives. Kacey was absolutely fantastic as a person, too. She clearly loves what she does, and we are a couple of introverts who appreciated her approachable and friendly demeanor. I can't imagine our wedding without her!
