Long story short, they forgot to pick up my husband and groomsmen at our house. As a result, they had to drive themselves to our own wedding. How ridiculous is that?!!
On the other hand, my pickup with my bridesmaids was smooth and fine. Party bus driver was on time and everything was fine.
We called the company the day after our wedding to find out why my husband's ride never showed. They didn't give a good reason except "we're sorry." So we asked for a refund, which was a nightmare of a process. We had to file a complaint through our credit card company and then our bank just to get a refund from the company that never provided these services for which we paid. I think John was the name of our contact person at ACE. Nonetheless, he was not friendly to work with and his professionalism was even worse because they wouldn't own up to their mistake.
The cost was decent had they provided the service we paid for. We were not happy customers and would never use this company or refer them to anyone again.
