I love this place!!! Highly recommend!! Jade was the best and helped me find THE dress. She was very kind and funny. I really enjoyed the experience because of her!!

Beautiful selection. I picked my dress on the first go around. They stayed an extra 30 minutes after with me as well. The lady helping me was so kind and patient. I tried on my last two picks at least twice and had her and everyone else in the room crying. They done such a great job at selling the dress to me as well. The packages and deals they also offer when you purchase from them is a great gift. I absolutely adore the dress and the staff who helped me.

Attentiveness, professionalism, and very dedicated to her craft. We never felt like things would not or could not be handled by Ms. Tilly. Any shop that I recommend, Absolute Bridal will be at the top of that list. She was an absolute delight to work with and an honor to have apart of our special day.

Great selection, atmosphere, and customer service!!

I came here two separate times to shop for my wedding dress, both times in the middle of the day on a weekday. Since the store was empty both times, I had the consultant's full attention (which is quite nice considering some of the other stores I had been in). They were very helpful, and after deciding on a strapless dress but expressing my desire for cap sleeves, my consultant informed me that the designer of my dress creates custom cap sleeves out of the same material and beading as your dress! How awesome! I'm so thankful she knew this because the sleeves absolutely made my dress, and I didn't have to worry about pulling it up all day. They also called me the morning my dress arrived to let me know it was in, super timely! All in all, I had a great experience here.

Service was terrible! We reserved their private champagne room with which you are supposed to receive personal help from a sales associate. The girl stood in the corner while my sister brought the dresses back and forth to me. The employee literally did nothing but stand in the corner. When my mother asked her a question about what was to be worn under one of the dresses she simply replied, "I don't know." She did not ask or find out. From the moment we walked in the door the only thing that was said to us, multiple times, was that we needed to be sure we were out of there in time because there was another client coming in after us. When we went to leave the lady who was supposed to be helping us wrote down a dress that was far more expensive than the one I had chosen and told us to just call in and order when we were ready. If it wasn't for my mother rechecking, I would have accidentally ordered a dress that I had not chosen for a great deal more money. The sales girl did nothing and the owner was extremely rude. I actually found a dress I loved at this boutique but ordered it from another bridal shop because the employees were so rude to me at Absolute Bridal.

The owner won't take responsibility for anything and the girls working for her have terrible customer service. I would never recommend anyone to use this store.

This salon employs the most self-centered team of young women in the wedding industry. I would not recommend them to anyone.

At my appointment, the young woman who helped me was interested only in telling us about her own wedding and expensive getaway car. Her sister was difficult to work with as well. Emails were never returned.

In addition, my bridesmaids were given wrong instructions in choosing their dresses, which I did not find out until it was too late.

Very very unprofessional!! I customized my dress and it was nothing like what I had asked for. My dress also arrived way later then what they had told me it would. I had also ordered extra material and I NEVER got it! I do NOT recommend them at all!!
