Stellar all around

Jill and her team at Above and Beyond were an absolute delight to work with from beginning to end for our August wedding at Gather Greene. Most importantly, the food was outstanding and our guests raved about it. We were impressed with every dish and the range of options offered. Our guests especially loved the custom poke bowl station, the beef short rib entree, and the molten chocolate lava cakes were to die for. (Seriously, get the molten chocolate lava cakes. They were so good we didn't need a wedding cake.) But what really sets them apart is the service and attention to detail. One of our guests spilled something on his shirt during the cocktail hour and a member of the catering staff arrived seemingly out of thin air with a stain remover and got it out for him. Jill was so kind, responsive, and flexible with every one of our many emails and questions. Our venie asked for their contact info to share with other couples planning kosher weddings in the future. Hiring Above and Beyond was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, so grateful we found them!

simply above & beyond!

Jill & her amazing team (of kind, efficient, rock-on professionals) are truly Above & Beyond; it's so clear to me & to all of our wedding guests that she is the best in the business. A&B are the perfect combination of "taking charge/running the show" while listening to the customers needs, requests, (admittedly) craziness to create the most personal, perfect event. I had a few very specific requests for new dishes, flavor combos, (including very specific ice cream pop flavors, a new flavored fruit stand with unique spices/sauces) and Jill delivered everything exactly as I had wanted. We had quite a few non-kosher guests at our Florentine Gardens wedding & so many of them specifically mentioned the delicious, abundant food both during the wedding and after. The food, presentation & seamlessness of the event were top notch

Second Wedding at Conservative Synagogue

Above and Beyond enabled us to host a fabulous wedding. Their food, service, attention to detail, and overall willingness to accommodate our requests made them a joy to work with. Incredible - food and service!

Jill and her team did such an amazing job with our wedding in the Hudson Valley. this past May. I have gotten endless compliments about our food, with several people telling me it was some of the best food they'd had at a wedding. Jill was lovely to work with leading up to the wedding as well - super flexible, super competent, really willing to accommodate our different requests. We got so many compliments about the bartender service as well, and it felt like everything was very seamless. Jill and her team truly do go above and beyond, and we are so grateful that they were a part of our day!

Above and Beyond is truly Above and Beyond There are not enough words to express our profound gratitude to Jill and her extraordinary team for creating and implementing a fantastic delicious and exquisite allergy safe wedding, our guests are raving about the beauty and quality of everything from the passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails to each of the dinner stations and fabulous desserts including gluten free mini sufganyot made on site, every one of Jill’s team is incredible and responsive in every way, I’m happy to share more with anyone looking for an above and beyond experience, can’t wait to work with them again sending huge love and blessings

Above and Beyond is a pleasure on every level, the menu was crafted to be safe for every allergy and was priced incredibly well especially in comparison to other caterers, Jill worked with our budget and we would work with her and her fantastic team again any day, they made my daughters wedding planning easy and without stress we are super grateful

Thank you Above and Beyond!

Our daughter's wedding was made all the more special by having Above & Beyond as our caterer. We were looking for a modern, sophisticated kosher caterer that could accommodate different dietary restrictions and help with our wedding weekend events. Jill and her team were such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. From our first meeting to discuss our vision for the wedding, to the tasting, to the wedding weekend, we appreciated Jill's knowledge, expertise, flexibility and most notably-- kindness in planning this memorable event for our family. Most importantly, the food was delicious!!! Our guests raved about the hors d'oeuvres selections, the dinner and the desserts that were passed on the dance floor. We highly recommend Above and Beyond!

The best of the best!

Jill and her team are one of the best decisions you can make when enlisting your wedding team! She is kind, guiding and not to mention her food and drinks are outstanding. Not only does she think of anything but she offers an array of services that go beyond just catering. She is a seasoned pro and worth every cent. Always making herself available to listen to the smallest concerns. Do not hesitate to book her as she is true to her name sake and goes above and beyond!!

Truly Above & Beyond!

Jill and the Above and Beyond catering team most certainly lived up to their name! Everything from beginning to end was absolutely delicious and so beautifully presented. Guests kept commenting to us how good the food was. Many asked for the caterer’s name . Jill was also a pleasure to work with and made sure everything was perfect. I would definitely use her again.

Highly Professional and Creative!

From first emails/calls to venue walkthrough to last detail calls and finally our wedding itself -- we always knew that Jill was on top of things and nothing would fall through the cracks! As someone planning my own wedding, Jill's insight and advice was invaluable; so, too, was the graceful way in which she interacts with other vendors and the venue. We heard nothing but praise from our venue and our guests loved the food and plating. It was such a lovely feeling to arrive to our wedding knowing we were in such good hands and could just be in the moment! The food was wonderful and Jill listened to our requests when finalizing our menu. We are already recommending Above and Beyond to our closest friend and would recommend to you, whomever you are!

First choice was the best choice!

We were blown away by the food at a friend's wedding so naturally Above and Beyond was our first choice. Jill understood our vision and created a cocktail hour and dinner that perfectly reflected our requests. She worked seamlessly with our other vendors and paid attention to details beyond the scope of food and drink and was always responsive to our concerns. We are so very thankful to Jill and her staff and would recommend them without reservation.
