Abigail was an absolute joy to work with for both my engagement shoot and wedding photos. I found her by scrolling through Instagram on my wedding venue’s page and her work stood out to me from other photographers in the Nashville area because she seemed to perfectly capture her clients’ raw emotions and the beauty of each and every unique wedding situation she shot. She was the only photographer I sought out to work with and from the get go, I just had an inclination she would be wonderful to work with- I was right!

A little background- our wedding was an “enhanced elopement”- meaning I wanted all the elements of an extravagantly beautiful wedding, but with COVID, wanted to keep the wedding small with just immediate family. One of the biggest things on my list was beautiful photos to make the memories of our special day last a lifetime! Abigail exceeded every expectation I had and the photographs highlighted every beautiful element of our day.

I met with Abigail in person before signing to work with her. On our initial meet, she was the absolute sweetest, so relatable, and was very assuring that she would be up to the challenge to meet all the expectations I had set for the day. She brought a pad of paper and together we came up with a perfect plan to capture everything I had in mind for photographs of our special day- as a “type A” personality- I LOVED this. She really took the time to know what was important to my husband and I, as well as really get to know us and our wishes.

Throughout the wedding planning process, she was very responsive, reminded me of upcoming shoots/deadlines, and was extremely flexible to work through any unforeseen circumstances. For example, we had an original date set for our engagement shoot. However, a week before, my (then) fiancé came down with illness (what we later learned was COVID) and she kindly rescheduled us for another weekend without question. Leading up to my wedding, I was highly anxious about the weather, but she had a plan for rain or shine and ensured me not to worry. I absolutely knew the entire time I could trust her to take perfect photos no matter the circumstance!

The day of our wedding, she did an excellent job politely keeping everyone on track. My entire family was so complimentary of her because she was SO kind, fun, and easy to work with. I wasn’t at all stressed and knew she was working hard to capture everything we had planned in advance.

When I received the final photos, I was overjoyed with the product. They were exactly what I had envisioned- she captured every raw emotion, intimate moment and the photos were all absolutely gorgeous. I had a hard time narrowing down favorites, but every company I have tagged in my photos wants to use them on their own page and are so complimentary of her photography style. Every day, even months later, I still have friends and people at work telling me how beautiful the photos from my wedding were! She killed it!!!!

All and all, her prices were reasonable and I felt like I received so many beautiful photos with flexibility to do whatever I wish with them. I will forever remember this day as the best day of my life and have Abigail’s photos to forever remember everything!

Abigail is so attentive + passionate about her work... that I’m writing this over two years later! Haha. When you hire Abigail she is 100% on your team, she’s there to help make your day amazing in whatever ways big and small. She knows the balance on when to be there and on top of your needs and when to be a fly on the wall letting moments unfold while working her magic. It’s still always a treat seeing her pop up on social media and seeing where all her passion has taken her!

Abigail was AMAZING!! She was easy to work with and was great with our wedding party. She made everyone feel comfortable and just had fun with our shoots!!! She captured exactly what my Husband and I wanted and we are IN LOVE with our pictures!!!

Abigail is simply amazing. I was drawn to her photos of course - they speak for themselves! But I was so impressed with the experience overall! She made two camera shy people very comfortable and did a great job taking the reigns since I am not creative at all! And then, once my fiancé and I were more comfortable, she was SO receptive to my ideas. Seriously, doesn't get better!
