Great service, very responsive and professional. Available to contact at all times and was priced right. Driver was dressed professional and went out of his way to accomodate the wedding party.

We used them for our Limo ride around the city on our wedding day. They were on time and the limo was nice and clean as expected. The only problem was that A/C system was not working properly and we were sweating on the whole ride.

I was disappointed in our service. We hired two vehicles so we spent a lot of money with this vender. I provided very detailed instructions to the owner ahead of time so everyone would know where they were to be and when. The driver for the bridal party rushed us everywhere we went the entire day. He also did not know how to get to Gibson's which is a bit of a shock given that he was supposedly a professional driver. The bridal party had to explain to the driver how to get where he had been told days in advance he would be driving.

My second vehicle was supposed to transport my out of town guests from the church to the receptions site. Instead he took them back to their hotel. Again, despite the fact that I had sent an itinerary with addresses to the owner in advance of the event.

Admittedly, everyone got where they needed to be. I just think it lacked professionalism. Worse, I sent an email to the owner following the event about the quality of the service. Mind you, part of the contract is a 20% tip in ADVANCE. I did not ask for money back, I simply commented on the quality of the service and I received no response from the owner whatsoever.

Given that they require an advance tip, I would think long and hard about hiring a company that does not seem to know how to get to some rather obvious landmarks in Chicago.

This was the worst experience I ever had in a limo. I was part of a wedding party and the bride and groom hired a party bus. The bus was nice inside and spacious, but the ride was awful. The door in the bus stayed open the entire time, which was not only dangerous, but also let the cool air from the air conditioning escape. The ride was also very bumpy, I felt like I was on an old roller coaster the entire time. We were all sweating and nauseous. Due to theses awful conditions, we had to stop the limo at an unexpected destination and hire an entirely new limo service for day. I would not recommend this limo service to anyone.
