Very cheap ! And I went in there with a blank slate and he had put together beautiful arrangement for our bouquets.

We ordered our flowers from them months in advance and checked up on them before the wedding. When my husband went to pick them up the day of our wedding, the person there said he didn't have an order for us. They called the owner and he rushed in and threw together some bouquets for us because they said they had "lost the order receipt". We didn't receive any sort of discount and the bouquets were falling apart during the ceremony.

Today my daughter, future son in law and I had an appointment at A Victorian Reflection to see a mock up of the centerpieces we had contracted for to be used at their wedding May 11th. Upon arrival Bill Weaver (the owner) was not there nor was there an arrangement made. I was informed by his assistant Renee that Bill Weaver (the owner) claimed that he just suddenly realized that the wedding was Mother’s Day weekend and he would not be able to do the flowers for her wedding. He would only be able to provide me with a few greens. That is a complete and total LIE. Mind you, I have a signed contract from this man and had paid a retainer for 36 centerpieces, brides bouquet, 5 bridesmaids, groomsmens, family flowers etc. I was also told that my quoted prices on my contact were higher bc of it being Mothers Day weekend . I am so shocked and upset that this florist (Bill Weaver) would do something like this. The wedding is 3 months away. What a terrible terrible business. DO yourself a favor and run far far away from this place. Just as a side note, our written contract and retainer fee was dated 05/14/2018 and we met with him prior to that for our initial consultation. Gee Bill, as a florist I would think you would have a clue that Mothers Day is the second Sunday in May EVERY year. ( especially as we discussed it ) #youneedabetterstory
