One Man, Many Styles...
Chef Julius/Chef Tiki began his culinary training at the age of 8 under the careful guide of his mother. After college, he began to build a career in corporate America, while continuing to hone his culinary skills. Over the past decade Chef Julius/Chef Tiki continued his education stateside at the New Orleans School of Cooking, Creative Culinary Institute in Las Vegas. Abroad he has studied in Paris with Chef Samira Hradsky, Princess Marie Blanche de Broglie at La Cuisine Marie Blanche, and Joel Rubuchon and Patrick Terrien at Le Cordon Bleu Academie d’Art Culinaire de Paris. While Chef Julius and Chef Tiki, happen to be the same individual, the two cooking personalities are vastly different.
Chef Julius focuses on the very detailed techniques of French & Spanish fare. Chef Tiki, pays homage to his college moniker and showcases his wild side. Chef Tiki is all about the heat, from Cajun/Creole to Caribbean to Latin American.
The merging of these styles is what formed the company's motto "regardless of which side of the menu you choose from, the FLAVOR leads".
