My groom and I are both gluten free (and incredibly picking about eating organic food), and I was nearly in tears because I couldn't find anyone to bake a gluten free wedding cake. Most places will do cupcakes but are afraid to try larger recipes. When I called to ask if they could do it, Peter's response was "Yes, I will try." He experimented with several gluten free recipes for us, and we were sold on the very first tasting.
The cake was absolutely stunning, delicious and a centerpiece of the wedding decor! They were extremely professional and went out of their way to make sure everything looked as good as it tasted.

I need to say that your cake was absolutely one of the highlights of the wedding!!!!!!!!! I have never seen a more beautifully done cake. I know you took great care in creating this master piece. You were able to capture all the colors and ambiance of the wedding. This truly was amazing and I know a lot of work and thought went into it!
