Founded in 2008 by Laurent and Laurie, Petal of Light Photography is a Wedding Photography Production Studio based in San Diego. Born in Spain, raised in France, Laurent has photographed hundreds of weddings around the world and in the United States. His eclectic and colorful vision of wedding photography stems from European, Mediterranean, and South America influences. Born and raised in Canada, Laurie is our Creative Director. She is a genuine artist with multi-faceted talents and experience in arts, music and graphic design. With a dedicated eye to details, she brings an invaluable "touch" and sophistication to all digital and physical products we deliver. Laurie and Laurent have been married for 17 years and are raising a family of two children in California.

Our team also includes additional experienced wedding photographers and designers that we have hand-picked to align with our high standards for quality and professionalism.

We cover weddings in Southern California and occasionally other parts of the United States or the world.
