Balboa Park Wedding
Laurent spent one hour shooting my small, intimate evening wedding at Balboa Park and managed to capture some extraordinary shots. Lighting was used effectively and many techniques were utilized to enhance each shot. Both narrow and wide depths of field were used to blur the background while keeping the foreground in focus and vice versa. Overall, we love our photographs and would highly recommend Petal of Light.-

Professional and creative
We booked Petal of Light Photography based on their portfolio, reviews, and all the contacts we had with them via email, over the phone and in person. They seemed very experienced and they were listening to us. They also helped us adjust our schedule to dedicate appropriate time to photography. On our wedding day, they were very professional, organized, and not intrusive during most of the time except for the bride and groom pictures and family pictures when they were directing us and came up with lots of ideas for posing and scenery. The final pictures came out wonderful with a combination of traditional, candid, and artistic pictures. Working with them on designing our wedding album now. We will definitely hire them again. Thank you! -

Very professional and amazing pictures!
It was very easy to book with Petal of Light. The follow up was great prior to and after our wedding, the photographer was punctual and very professional and best of all it was affordable. Would not hesitate to book these guys again. Oh, and I forgot to mention, our pictures turned out amazing! -

We'll hire them again!
Petal of Light was a fantastic choice for our wedding photographer.
They were extremely punctual, both in person and via email. They were organized and thorough and the turn around time for getting the photos back to us was fast. From a photography standpoint, both myself and my husband, as well as our friends and family, love the photos. There is a mix of candid and posed pictures, and they captured all of the important moments. I also noticed that he is very particular about lighting, which shows on the photos that they produce.
They went out of their way to make our sessions seamless and fun, getting everyone involved. Very easy to work with, and accommodating.
In a nutshell, we loved working with Petal of Light, and would absolutely hire them again. -

Simply amazing!
Petal of Light Photography was amazing to work with! The communication before the wedding was great. I had a ton of questions and they clearly answered them all. The timing and arrival of the photographers was seamless. We truly enjoyed our experience--as well as the outcome of the pictures! -

In love with all the pictures
I am absolutely in love with all the pictures, but more importantly the moments you captured. My wedding day was definitely one of my favorite days yet that I have lived and you have beautifully captured every moment. Also, we had lots of people ask who our photographer was after looking at the photos. Both you Laurent and Elysze are so talented and I am going to tell everyone I know to use you for their professional photography! -

Loved my time shooting with Laurent
Loved my time shooting with Laurent. He is an amazing photographer to work with. I felt being taken care of by a professional that has great energy and a lot of experience. I received my photos about a week after the wedding and I was very pleased and excited to use them on my website and social media platforms. Next time we need a photographer for another event I will definitely look him up and I highly recommend him. -

Amazing photos and album!
Petal of Light Photography took care of us from start to finish, helped us with the timeline before and during our wedding day. But most of all, they produce incredible images, lots of candid shots and very professional posed ones. They also created a beautiful custom album for us, very creative, that tells the story of our wedding day. We can't thank them enough. -
