Wedding Officiant Kim Crinella has been officiating nonreligious love centric wedding, elopement and vow renewal ceremonies for traditional and same sex couples on the island of Oahu since 2016. Kim offers three wedding options for couples. She can officiate a wedding anywhere on the island of Oahu, or she can officiate a Just Make Us Legal wedding (similar to a courthouse wedding) at her Kapolei office, or she can officiate a tattoo wedding at Neck Deep Tattoo in Kaneohe.

🫶🏼WEDDING, ELOPEMENT OR VOW RENEWAL ANYWHERE ON OAHU

Choose anywhere on Oahu for your wedding ceremony and have an intimate wedding with just the two of you or surround yourself with family and friends. Kim will create a personalized ceremony inspired by your love as couple and you can incorporte any traditions that would be meaningful for your special day. Kim interviews you asking you a few personal questions to get to know you and what would be meaningful and then she creates your personalized ceremony.

If you want Kim to officate your wedding:

❤️ Kim will provide up to one hour of pre wedding consultation by phone and/or email to answer your questions, find more about you as a couple and find out your ideas for the ceremony.
❤️ Kim can recommend a beach or park location for your wedding ceremony based on what you would like for a ceremony background.

❤️ Kim will create a script for your wedding ceremony that is inspired by Love and you, the couple.

❤️ You may write your own words of Love or Vows to say during the ring exchange portion of the ceremony

❤️ On the day of your wedding Kim will be available for up to one hour after the agreed upon meeting time to perform the ceremony. If Kim is required to stay longer than one hour after the agreed upon meeting time a rate of $75 is due for every hour or fraction there of.

❤️ On the day of your wedding, after the ceremony, Kim will certify the marriage online with the State of Hawaii making a legal record of your marriage. The State will email you a few days after the wedding with a link to your downloadable marriage certificate which is a legal document that can be used for insurance and military housing.

❤️ Kim is happy to incorporate special requests or wedding traditions into your ceremony to make it personal and meaningful for you. Kim can also incorporate a special theme you have selected for your wedding into the ceremony.

💒Fee For Wedding Officiant Services at a Oahu location of your choosing depends on the location of your ceremony:

$200 plus tax within the areas of Kapolei, Ewa Beach

$250 plus tax Pearl City, Waikele, Waipahu, Mililani

$275 plus tax Downtown Honolulu, Waikiki, (lower parts and Ho'omaluhia Botanical Gardens), Wahiawa, Nanakuli

$330 plus tax Waialae, Kahala, Aina Hina, Hawaii Kai, Ma’ili

$375 plus tax Makapuu, Waimanalo, Kailua, Kaneohe (upper parts), Kualoa Beach, Kualoa Ranch, Kaaawa, Hauula, Laie, Kahuku, Turtle Bay, Waimea, Haleiwa, Waialua, Makaha, Waianae, Yokohama Bay

An additional fee of $75 is charged for wedding ceremony start times before 10am or after 7:30pm.

Additional fees if hiking, getting wet, or a costume is required.

🌊Want to get married at an Oahu beach that requires a beach use permit from the state of Hawaii? No problem! Kim is able to take care of the $1M Liability Event Insurance, the Use Permit application and fee from the state of Hawaii. An additional fee of $50 is charged for beach weddings where a use permit is required from the state of Hawaii. Kim is happy to suggest beaches that do not require a use permit.

💕JUST MAKE US LEGAL COURTHOUSE STYLE WEDDING AT KAPOLEI OFFICE

For couples who want a simple wedding similar to a courthouse wedding Kim offers a Just Make Us Legal wedding at her Kapolei office. You reserve a day and time for your ceremony and then show up, provide Kim your marriage license from the State of Hawaii, and in just a few minutes you are legally married! You can have a simple ceremony in her Lanai Love Garden where you may exchange rings and say your own vows if you like or if you prefer no ceremony you can just sign the marriage license and Kim will pronounce you legally married. Kim also offers to take photos after the ceremony to capture memories of your first moments as a married couple. Kim certifies the marriage online with the State of Hawaii the same day and 2-3 business days later the State of Hawaii will email you a link where you can download your marriage certificate which is a legal document and proof of marriage.
Kim's fee for the Just Make Us Legal Wedding is $150 plus tax.

❤️‍🔥TATTOO WEDDING EXPERIENCE

In 2018 Kim partnered with Neck Deep Tattoo in Kaneohe to offer intimate Tattoo Wedding and Vow Renewal ceremonies at the tattoo shop which includes tattoo wedding rings or meaningful tattoos on other body parts as part of the ceremony. With the growth in popularity of tattoos some couples are opting for tattoo rings or meaningful tattoos to celebrate their love rather than or in addition to traditional wedding rings. Wedding tattoos are a beautiful permanent daily reminder of the love and commitment of the couple and the vows they make to one another on their wedding day.

A Tattoo Wedding is $450 plus tax including officiant and 2 tattoos. Tattoos can be as a ring or a meaningful tattoo on other body parts and take less than one hour to complete. Add $100 per person for each additional hour of tattoo work for more detailed work such as realism portraits or medium to large pieces. 🧾MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION

A marriage license is required from the State of Hawaii to be legally married. Couples must fill out the marriage license application online and pay the fee. Then the couple must go together to show their photo ids and pick up their marriage license at the Health Department Building, 1250 Punchbowl St. Room 101 (1st floor) (corner of Beretania and Punchbowl Streets), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

There is no waiting period and the license can even be picked up the same day it was applied for.
The marriage license is valid for 30 days once issued.

Bring the marriage license they issue you with you on the day of your ceremony. Kim needs this document to certify your marriage making you legally married after Kim officiates the ceremony. Verify both of your first, middle, and last names as they appear on the Marriage License for any errors as these will be your legal names after marriage once Kim certifies the marriage. Notify Kim of any errors at the time of your ceremony. Kim does not need to named as your wedding officiate on the marriage license to officiate your wedding ceremony. She is able to update the license after the wedding when she certifies the marriage.

📆SECURING YOUR RESERVATION

Kim requires a $50 non refundable deposit through Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, debit card or credit card. You may pay the entire balance due but are only required to pay the $50 non-refundable deposit to secure the day/time. The balance due can be paid by Venmo or Cash App prior to the ceremony or cash on the day of the ceremony.
