Amy is amazing! Her calm and collected demeanor on top of her experience is a great combination. My mom and I met with Amy about 1-2 months prior to the wedding, and I truly felt like I had someone on my team at that point. She was so organized and quick to follow-up with things prior to the wedding that it made me so much more at ease going into the wedding weekend. The week of the wedding, I was having some communication issues with our venue sales manager. I hesitantly texted her to assist me with these communication issues, and she had everything handled within 10 minutes of me texting her. On the night of the Rehearsal and the day of the wedding, she brought her assistant Rebecca, who is also fabulous. The both of them were so amazing and I actually got to enjoy my wedding day!

So I am a planner-Type A personality, think I can do it all - even on my own wedding day. Well, here's the thing, on your wedding day and the time leading up to it, you just don't want to have to do & remember & decide on everything alone because you also want to take it in, enjoy and cherish every moment. Amy, and A Flawless Event team, let you do that from the very beginning, and let you (and your mom in my case :)) be a part of as much or as little of the planning as you want to be a part of. They are so easy to work with & help outline and produce every detail. Amy knows this business and knows how to adjust and guide to meet your needs & budget. Amy responds almost immediately and doesn't mind the millions of questions you might have ... she also provides you planning docs & guidance to try and answer questions before you even have them! We had Andrea as our day-of planner, and the best compliment was from the two main men at the event - my dad & now husband. For them to recognize how helpful, discreet, kind, on-point, and accurate Andrea was in making the day flow PERFECTLY, is the ultimate compliment from men who may not know what all goes in to this big day! She made us feel relaxed, excited & ready, with support from Amy as well to make everything happen. From the morning of, to when she had to help "hem" my dress liner, all the way until the end when they loaded my folks car with our personal items. I can't say enough amazing things about A Flawless Event and the level of expertise, advise, support and value they bring to each step in the process. People say weddings are stressful and the planning is typically the cause of that stress. Amy and her team work to eliminate that stress and be your rock and guide for the perfect day and celebration!! I didn't think I needed a planner, and now I can't imagine having not had Amy and Andrea at our wedding & such a critical part of the process & execution! Thank you Amy and team, you guys are amazing!!

Always hire a Day of Wedding Planner at a minimum! Amy and her expertise were invaluable! This was some of the best money that we spent as part of our wedding budget. Amy made sure that everything was set up perfectly, all last minute details were taken care of, and that everyone walked on cue down the aisle! From the moment we hired her, she started interacting with the rest of our vendors and they gave her rave reviews as well. Amy thank you so much for making our vision a reality! You are amazing! Amy was our Day of Coordinator and she did an amazing job. Our day flowed smoothly. She kept us on time and where we were suppose to be. She was very responsive to questions about vendors and changes in the timeline/set-up. She went above and beyond in service for just Day of Coordinating. She was a huge part of making our day happy and stress-free.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Amy from A Flawless Event! I used Amy for Day-of Coordination and felt like I received much more support than that title implies. She was available to answer any questions I had (I usually just emailed) and she was incredibly organized. I simply gave her all the information I had regarding vendors and my planning thus far, she asked follow up questions to make sure she and I had everything, and she took care of the rest!
It was by chance that I happened upon her name, but I'm so glad I did. The wedding went smoothly and everyone stayed calm because if something came up, she was already on it. I would recommend Amy to anyone who needed to let go of some of the stress of planning a wedding.

I cannot begin to explain how glad I am that we found Amy for our wedding. We weren't sure whether we needed to hire a wedding planner given that I am pretty proficient in terms of planning and organization. However, we didn't feel like we knew a lot of the "inner workings" of what needs to happen to pull off a wedding, and we really wanted to not stress and worry about the details the day-of, which I would have done because I am a habitual worrier. So, we found Amy and booked her for day-of coordination. But she went well beyond that. We communicated a good bit by email well before our first planning meeting and I don't know what I would have done without her help. She was willing to suggest other vendors, and also just answered questions about what was reasonable while I was trying to hire other vendors, as well as probably a ton of other random questions I had. The event manager at our venue left during our planning and the new person in charge was rather clueless. Thank goodness for Amy as she dealt with him awesomely.
The day of our wedding, Amy was perfectly in charge. She knew what was happening when, was so calm, and worked great with her assistant, who was also charming. I had no idea what a huge impact having someone there to run the whole show would make. My husband and I didn't have to think about anything except for having fun and being with each other and our friends and family. When it was time for something to happen (start the ceremony, first dance, cut the cake, etc.) Amy was there to let us know and take us where we needed to go. It made the day so much more enjoyable and carefree than I could have ever imagined. Bottom line: Work with Amy and it will be the best decision you make while planning your wedding.

I knew Amy in her previous career, and when I heard she transitioned to wedding planning and coordination, I knew she would be wonderful! When I got engaged, I did not hesitate contacting her for one second.
She exceeded all my expectations. Even though Amy was contracted for day of coordination, she was so very thorough in my consultation that I felt like she gave me immensely helpful planning advice. She was also very available and responsive to numerous questions I had leading up to the wedding.
My family and wedding party commented on how professional she and her team were and how helpful she was to everyone. Really, she made the day and night go so seamlessly and ensured everyone was in the right place at the right time. She certainly has found her calling, and we are so thankful that she was part of our big day!

Amy and her staff were so great! We came up with a plan that worked for me and she executed it exactly. She is really nice and easy to work with. She also coordinated with my church's coordinator seamlessly. I felt somewhat clueless about how to plan everything for the day-of, especially the timing of events at the reception, but she talked me through all the details and made it seem much less scary. Her price also seems very reasonably priced - and she brought two assistants! I know she and her team were managing a million details, but they were never pushy with me or my family or other vendors. They never seemed panicked. They just worked their magic behind the scenes to make everything come together. Even my mom, who at the beginning was worried this was just an unnecessary expense, told me she didn't think we could have done it without Amy and that it was money well spent. I couldn't agree more!!
