Hire Heidi ASAP! As an OCD bride planning from out-of-town, I knew early on I needed an experienced wedding planner, more detailed than I am, with unending patience, professionalism & poise. Heidi was that and so much more! She came highly recommended by our former venue coordinator, and I truly thank God that we found her and she was available for our day! From the first time Heidi and I spoke, I was impressed by her warmth and professionalism. She is amazingly personable and a true joy to work with. She cared about the little details that were important to my husband and I. Her efforts and attention to detail greatly exceeded our extremely high expectations. Heidi was quick to respond via text/email, she advocated for me with our venue when issues arose & she and her team seamlessly executed our vision on our wedding day with amazing judgement, and class. Heidi was gracious enough to hold our million & one decor items the weekend of our wedding, she returned our rental items to vendors for us since we were immediately leaving town, and she even hand-delivered the important items to us the morning after to our hotel room. Not once did my husband and I feel stressed the day-of, even with schedule changes & a downpour 10min prior to the start of our outdoor ceremony. Heidi actually made sure that I had no idea it was raining! Our bridal party & family are still complimenting her & raving about our beautiful & flawless day. Heidi was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding and I absolutely recommend her to any and everyone who inquires.
