This couple loved the lobby of their destination wedding at the Hyatt Grand in Aruba in the Caribbean in July. The client resides in NYC. The trick to working in a lobby of a major hotel is patience while guest are constantly walking around in the backgrounds, so timing requires some patience and a little semi-posing and coaching by the photographer.

The groom just wanted to sit down, and she was married just 15 minutes before this moment happend. Can you feel her love in her expression? Photographer tip: light kissing photographs better than heavy kissing, but don't let me stop you. Sometimes after a good kissing photograph, I'll just walk away and let them go. I think they appreciate that, I know I wouldn't want my real kisses to be interrupted, would you?

I have the most wonderful wedding album & wedding photos ever! Mike Purvis is an amazing photographer who did an outstanding job as our wedding photographer. Our wedding album has been talked about for months. We asked Mike Purvis to design our album and he went above and beyond our wildest dreams. If you are reading this review and are considering different vendors, please take my advice and hire Purvis Photographer. You will not be disappointed!!

Exquisite engagement photos that served as a centerpiece for both shower and reception decorations. The wedding photos were incredibly artistic and utilized the Pittsburgh city scape beautifully as a backdrop to capture the wedding in a unique way. Anxiously awaiting my wedding photo album...Purvis won't let me down...I know it will be spectacular!

We were so happy with the service and product from Purvis Photography for our first daughter's wedding that we asked Mike to be our photographer for our second daughter, this May. When we plan our third daughter's wedding, we will be calling Mike Purvis again. The investment in photographing a wedding is worth every cent for the pleasure those pictures bring every time you look at them, framed on your bedroom dresser or on your dining room wall. Even more memories can be relived when we open the parents' album and turn the pages that captures the event from before the ceremony until the reception ended. Mike can deliver on the saying, "Golden memories . . . every time you capture a smile."

Purvis Photography Inc made my wedding experience even better than I had imagined it could be! From the engagement photos, to the pre-wedding and wedding photos, Michael Purvis captured these special moments beautifully. The range of products that Purvis Photography offers is also a bonus ~ Michael designed our Save the Date for our destination wedding, and it was absolutely stunning! He has what seems to be limitless creativity!

Gorgeous, amazing pictures!!!! All my friends and family could not believe how many wonderful pics we had to chose from...made picking for the album very hard because there were SO MANY we loved. They are not your typical "posey", cheesy wedding shots...they are very unique and really tell a story of your day. Mike is very easy-going and flexible. He blended in with the scenery on the wedding day so we didn't always feel like there was a camera in our face :) I would definitely recommend and am glad we made the investment!
