I had a ton of ideas and just wasnt sure what to do with them and Tiffany helped me sort through all my likes and dislikes and come up with a gorgeous, simple and clean concept. I never felt like I was bothering her and any time I wanted to change something she was more than patient. She is an excellent DIY-er and had great ideas about how I can achieve my look for less. This girl knows what she is doing, is affordable AND the best part.... I felt like I made a friend in the process!

Tiffany and 250 Oak Events was awesome! She helped us several months out, communicated with all of our vendors, created and organized a timeline that accounted for every minute on the big day, and so much more! Tiffany made our wedding day seamless and perfect – she truly went above and beyond and we are so thankful for that! We hired Tiffany for day of wedding and day before rehearsal coordinating. We really needed her to do the decor day of and make everything look beautiful. She delivered! Everything looked perfect. She was so easy to work with and everyone adored her. Tiffany also made our wedding cake which was stunning. We couldn’t have done it without her. She executed!

We got married on Aug 25th, 2024 and Tiffany was our day of coordinator. She created our timeline, met with us multiple times virtually and in person to edit the timeline. She even explained the timeline to my Mom and also came with us to the Venue a week before the wedding to make sure we are all on the same page. The day of the wedding she was there on time, she was double checking with all vendors that everything was going as planned. We even had an issue with our Arab drummers whereby they wore an attire we specifically told them not to wear and Tiffany literally told them to either leave or go to target and buy new shirts and they actually did go buy new ones and came back and performed amazingly!!!

We weren't sure about getting a day of coordinator and then we decided to and we landed on Tiffany. She was so amazing from start to finish. Her attention to detail, love for the job, and overall organization and personality made our wedding simply perfect. She made our vision come true and made our day perfect. I just had a wedding with 250 guests and my only regret was not hiring 250 Oak Events (Tiffany) from the very beginning. Approximately 3 months prior to wedding day, I realized I needed to budget for a day of coordinator as I felt like I was drowning with the miscellaneous details leading up to the day of. I was recommended Tiffany by mutual friends. I can whole heartedly say I am GRATEFUL for her. She went above and beyond from beginning to end with EVERYTHING. She did not leave a stone unturned. Her attention to detail, professionalism, time management, organizational skills, problem solving, DIY/craft, along with so many more qualities makes her the competent coordinator that she is. Tiffany consistently would find us great deals and try to save us the most money which we appreciated. Tiffany is the reason I was so calm even up to the point where I walked down the aisle. I would think of something, turn around, and see that she would already be on it with a solution. She even calmed my husband (bridezilla) throughout the day and reminded him to take a breath! I had a handful of disastrous moments that occurred the day of (nothing to do with her) that I will never forget that Tiffany SEAMLESSLY fixed for me, without any obligation to do so. She’s just that good at her craft.

My husband and I got married 2021 right after all the shut downs from COVID. To say we were stressed out is such an understatement but the team at 250 Oak put my mind at ease! Tiffany was able to get the hotel reserved for us since the venue that we had our reception, had to cancel our hotel accommodations because their building remodel was put on hold due to COVID. The team also had a stringent timeline that made everything flow so smoothly! We went from stressed out crying to just enjoying every single moment!
