Amanda did a fantastic job during our wedding. We hired her for day of coordination and she went above and beyond and spoke with vendors before her contracted date. She did a phenomenal job navigating the complex vendor team, keeping our day of timeline on track, and even dealt with difficult family members like a true professional. She helped handle/walk our dog during the ceremony as he was the ring bearer and never once hesitated to complete this huge ask (see photo attached)! I would highly recommend Amanda’s services for anyone wanting a seamless wedding day! Her rentals are also adorable and she has an amazing eye for decor set up as well. Two thumbs up!

Alright brides, we all know COVID 19 has made planning way more complicated. Amanda was amazing and helped modify needs with all of my vendors. Everything ran smoothly. She is just the sweetest kindest person to work with.

By becoming the hub of communication in the month leading up to our wedding, we were able to unwind and roll into the big day totally stress free. Amanda was so affordable and she worked so hard. She was a great communicator and followed through with everything. She kept things moving and needed excatly zero help from me the day of the wedding - she really knew what to do and kept families, guests and bridal parties on schedule. Her being there really helped me to relax and be more present for my wedding day - and that was a huge task!

highly recommend Amanda!! I hired her for day of coordination for my wedding in July 2019. Her price was great, but the job she did on my wedding day was even better! The morning of the wedding, she set up finishing touches at the reception space in Carlsbad before driving to the ceremony at our church in San Marcos. Then she got our very large group down the aisle and zipped back to the reception venue to prepare it for us and our guests. She was mindful of the timeline and did a great job chasing me and my husband down (we were all over the venue socializing).

She contacted all our vendors to make sure arrival times were correct and even organized payment balances. She made sure to be there during the ceremony rehearsal. She even met us at the venue the week before the wedding to get an idea of what I wanted it to look like!

It really was a perfect day!
