We found Rancho La Patera & Stow House by chance on an instagram post. After reaching out to secure a date, I had a wonderful experience with Karen. She was on top of everything and went above and beyond to make our wedding day so special. There are unlimited places for a ceremony and our pictures came out absolutely stunning. There is even a room for the bride to wait in, with AC!, and we squeezed in the bridesmaids before the ceremony! I am so glad we decided to hold our ceremony here and look forward to visiting again in the future.

This was a dream venue! It was easy to book, and they were super accommodating with my back-and-forth dates. My only issue is that I wish the guy at the door would have been dressed more professionally. Overall, it was absolutely amazing!

I always dreamed of a beach side wedding and Cabrillo Pavilion Arts Center and Leslie Lund made this possible. I had my my wedding here back in September and my guests couldn't stop raving about how gorgeous the place was with big windows over looking the Pacific Ocean. Before I found this venue I had searched all along the Southern California Coast and could not find anything within our price point, until we found Cabrillo Pavilion. From the very beginning Leslie was very nice and extremely helpful answering all my questions, and believe me there were a lot! I can never thank her and Cindy for their help. My wedding was absolutely gorgeous!! I wish I could give this venue and its team a higher rating! Thank you! Best Regards, One HAPPY BRIDE!!

I highly recommended. You will be able to set up on Friday . Take out everything on Sunday.

I had the opportunity to shoot a beautiful august wedding here in 2023. It was an absolute dream. Everything about the chapel, the square, and the historic buildings created a perfect fairytale feeling wedding. The grounds are well maintained and the square glows at golden hour!

I loved getting married here. Susan was super helpful and our wedding was amazing.

I can't say too much about the planning because Hyatt Santa Barbara coordinated it for us, but the back drop the Winslow Maxwell Outlook gave us was breath taking. It was perfect! We took pictures in the near by garden and our guests loved the views!

We had our wedding at The Riviera, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. From start to finish, the team was so easy to work with. Communication was always clear, prompt, and direct, which made the whole planning process stress-free. Pricing was also very competitive for the area, especially for everything that was included. We held our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at the venue, and the flow was perfect. The patio dinner under the string lights and olive tree was absolutely magical. Guests loved the family-style meal, which kept the food hotter than plated service, especially the fish and meat. The passed appetizers were a big hit too, and the coconut shrimp was especially juicy and delicious. Because our planner KB Events had worked with the venue before, everything ran seamlessly. We also loved that we could use some of the venue’s furniture, which looked beautiful and fit the space perfectly. Both of us were able to get ready on-site in the bridal and groom suites, which created really special pre-ceremony memories with friends and family. Our guests could not stop raving about the venue. The location right off State Street made things so convenient with no need to coordinate shuttles, and the free parking lot was a huge plus, even offering overnight parking in case anyone needed to leave their car and take an Uber. Later in the night, the dance party in the Living Room was epic: intimate, lively, and with cozy spots for guests to sit and chat if they wanted a break. We loved that The Riviera felt unique, full of character, and not like a typical hotel venue, which was so important to us. We are beyond grateful to the entire staff for their friendliness and professionalism before, during, and after. Highly recommend to any couples looking for a truly special place to celebrate.

From the moment we saw the Cabrillo Pavilion, we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. It allowed us to have a beautiful beach ceremony on East Beach, followed by a reception inside that we were able to completely transform to match our vision, all while enjoying two stunning patios overlooking the ocean. The backdrop was breathtaking, and we were even lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins swim by during our reception—pure magic! For a city-owned venue, Cabrillo Pavilion is truly unmatched, especially since it was recently renovated and feels modern yet timeless. We explored countless venues in Santa Barbara, but nothing compared to this one. The price point for Santa Barbara residents is also incredible, making it an even better find. A word of advice—it books out well in advance, so if you’re considering it, plan ahead! But if you’re looking for a gorgeous, well-maintained venue that can be tailored to your style, with unbeatable ocean views, the Cabrillo Pavilion is a top choice. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to celebrate our special day!
