This venue is great because you can rent the whole loft space for $3000 for the whole day ($2000) for the whole day and you can also bring your own food in. There is huge value in being able to bring in your own food. The space also has uplights and patio furniture that you can use for events.
They have just started doing events in the past year so some things were still a learning process as we were one of the first weddings. I think that anyone who books now will be over the learning curve.
We chose to have our ceremony here so it was an additional $1500 - which was not a bad deal.
The biggest caution I would have for couples is when working with the A/V guy. He is a contractor to the venue and forgot to make the audio recording of our wedding. I didn't downgrade the venue because of him, but if you require A/V work make sure that you have a family or friend that is on top of him as this experience was heartbreaking for us.
