My best friend recommended I look at Amy's work when I was looking for a wedding photographer because she had worked with her before and highly respected her work (and she knew I would love her personality). Her website drew me in to the story behind her business and the emotion she evokes in her images. She truly captures moments rather than forcing poses. After we met at her farmhouse I/we were completely smitten with Amy and her work. I think pulling out the games and BB gun really worked for Matthew! :) I was so glad we had an engagement session with Amy prior to the wedding to get use to each other and practice being in front of a camera, which is not natural for me but she made me so comfortable I never had a moment of feeling self-conscious. So, if I was 100% on board with Amy after our initial meeting I was 1,000% on board with her photographing our wedding after the engagement session. She made the process seem natural, fun and she even loved working with my excitable pup! Amy made a beautiful guest book from our engagement photos that we will treasure forever and her personalized photo tags were attached to our favors so guests knew how to access the photos after the wedding. In the (crazy) days leading up to the wedding Amy was a reassuring voice of reason. The day of our wedding was "soupy and swampy" but it didn't faze her in the least. All our plans changed but she was able to capture the emotions and moments of the night. I know it wasn't a photographers dream but she was the ultimate professional. She knew everyone's name, she remembered all the things we had talked about, she captured every detail and she didn't hesitate to jump on the (wet) ground to get the shot she wanted. Amy has a natural ability to interact with the guests and become invisible when necessary. Our family will treasure the images she captured forever as she truly created the storybook for our wedding day. Thank you again and again!

Amy was the best choice I could have made for our wedding photography. From the moment I met Amy, I knew that she was the perfect fit for our wedding! She has a captivating personality and is so easy to get along with. She was always a pleasure to work with and very responsive leading up to the wedding.

As for the wedding day, oh my god she saved the day. In the midst of a limo disaster, Amy so easily thought on her feet and found an alternate (and gorgeous) location for our bridal party portraits after the ceremony. She worked so hard to capture every moment throughout the evening. All her hard work paid off, because we have the most beautiful photos of the wedding. Amy has a crazy, talented way to capture so many emotions in her photos.

I could not have asked for a better photographer! Amy was so professional and on point with every detail.
