Zenith Vineyard is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in the Pacific Northwest! We were fortunate enough to attend their open house in the late winter and immediately fell in love with it. The following month we were engaged and knew that was where we wanted tp get married. Not only is the venue impeccable inside and out, the owners are accommodating and easy to work with, their exclusive caterer, Vibrant Table, is one of the best in the biz with both quality of food and service. As a wedding coordinator I am excited to tell my brides about this great new spot and look forward to working there soon!
I cannot say enough great things about Vibrant Table! The quality of food and service are top notch and being in the wedding biz I've experienced a wide variety of caterers. Vibrant Table was one of the reasons we selected the venue we did for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made! We worked with Karen Rich throughout the planning process and Matt Brodeur was our Event Manager on our big day and both went above and beyond to ensure every detail was attended to and made perfect for us. Their staff worked tirelessly to ensure all of the setup was completed on time and since our ceremony and reception were in the same room, they had to do a partial room change which was both efficient and smooth. They not only made sure my husband and I were well taken care of but that each of our guests had a memorable experience as well, and three months later people are still telling us that ours was the best wedding they've ever been to and that the food was incredible! I would HIGHLY recommend Vibrant Table to any couple who has the opportunity to bring them into their wedding venue, and fortunately they are exclusive at some of the best spots in the Portland/Salem area!
Hiring Amy & Crawford for our wedding photography was the very first decision we made! Having become friends with them a year earlier when they did a photo shoot with our puppies, we knew they would be the perfect fit for our wedding. Not only are they a fun, light-hearted pair, they do beautiful work and we knew we would have a great time with them at our wedding. In May of this year we met up for our engagement shoot and had an absolute blast! It was so memorable and fun that we couldn't wait for our big day! They definitely go above and beyond for their clients and we couldn't be happier that we chose them. Just one month following our wedding we had our pictures (684 of them!!!) and just LOVE them!!! I can not say enough great things about Francoise and her flowers! Not only does she create beautiful arrangements but she is the best florist to work with in Portland. As a wedding coordinator I've worked with a variety of florists and no one offers the quality of flowers, creativity, and level of service that she does. Francoise is an expert on many types of flowers and can offer any bride great ideas on what will look best depending on their color scheme and time of year. Plus she is so sweet and easy to work with which is a real plus! I would highly recommend her to any of my clients and often do. Thank you for making our wedding so memorable, Francoise!
Cake tastings are one of the best parts of planning your wedding! It's always fun to try different bakeries but you won't find a cake that's more fresh, tasty and affordable than Lamb's Thriftway. They offer friendly service, the most generous tastings, and natural, made-from-scratch ingredients, unlike most grocery store cakes. They also offer unique cake flavors (like pumpkin, hazelnut and banana, which rocks!!!) with real ingredients that are so fresh your guests will be raving about how it was the best cake they've ever had! Our wedding cake was one of the best parts of our entire day and I would recommend Lamb's to any bride! YUM!!!
Hiring Ryan & Gary for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! As a bridal consultant, and having worked with Focal Point in the past, I knew as soon as I was engaged that they had to shoot our wedding. Thankfully they were available and we immediately booked! Not only are they two of the nicest guys in the wedding industry, they are equally talented and offer superior videography. In addition to our wedding video we had Ryan shoot our Love Story several months earlier and he did a phenomenal job of adding extra touches so that the final product was exactly what we envisioned and our guests loved the slideshow that we presented during dinner. We cannot wait to see our video this spring and know it will be amazing! I am excited to continue referring Focal Point to my clients knowing they will be thrilled with the entire experience.
As a Portland bridal consultant looking to have a unique and fun ceremony, and since neither my husband nor I had a Pastor, we knew we needed the perfect person to officiate our wedding. After meeting with two other nice but very traditional officiants, we met with James. We knew after that first meeting at McMenamins Blue Moon, over a beer and yes, a Manhattan, there was no better match for our big day! James was not only open to our crazy ideas, but able to perfectly translate our vision into a reality, while making it an absolute blast each step of the way! He listened very closely to how we met and incorporated it into a fun upbeat story that was a true reflection of our love for one another. Our ceremony was the most memorable part of our entire wedding (you don't hear that too often considering the cocktails haven't been served), and much of this can be credited to James. My husband read the most sincere and heartfelt of vows to me and each time he got emotional James was right there to lend a hand (or glass of wine) to help him get through it. We truly could not have chosen a better officiant for our very special day and we continue to hear praises about the guy dressed in the monk's robe who married us! I can't wait to work with James again at future weddings and give him the highest of recommendations!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer at Zenith Vineyard's open house last spring and we instantly hit it off. As a wedding coordinator I knew she was someone I wanted to work with professionally, as well as get to know personally. Jennifer is the best in the biz when it comes to hair and makeup! I would recommend her to any of my brides and I often do! I knew before I was even engaged that I wanted her to do my hair and makeup whenever I got married, so as soon as my husband proposed I got her on board. My wedding day was a dream-come-true and Jennifer made me look and feel amazing!!! She also did the hair and makeup for my 5 bridesmaids who all loved the way they looked too! She is a wonderful and friendly person to be around and I am thrilled she was part of my big day! I can't wait to refer her to more of my brides.
