I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the service I received on my wedding day and leading up to it. I worked a little bit with Eileen, but then I had another coordinating working with me whose name I cannot remember. They were very responsive and cooperative with my last minute changes to the guest list, open bar, etc. and understood our financial need to save money wherever possible.

Five stars all around for the quality of the service and the food. My husband and I are self-proclaimed foodies and refused to have typical bland wedding food at our event. Everything was beyond delicious as well as sophisticated. I have had guests tell me it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding and I honestly feel the same way.

I used their services in the Boston area where they were just getting started last summer, but Rita Lamar (the owner) as well as her staff were always very responsive and helpful. The photographer contracted through them, Jennifer Linnane was spectacular to the point of literally doing physical stunts at times just to get the great shots right in the moment when they were happening. The DJ, Matt (can't remember his last name) was also quite responsive to my needs, but could've stuck to some of my song choices a little bit better. However, he did do a good job of feeling out the crowd, which had a lot of older family members and played stuff I wouldn't have thought of, but got all those people dancing. The florist ended up giving me a great deal for my money, but did not do a good job of hiding her stress all the time which made her seem slightly un-friendly at times. But, besides her personality, the floral design was great and shows beautifully in the photos.

Gianna and her staff were all very helpful from sales to fittings to alterations, with not just my dress but also my bridesmaid's dresses. They even stayed friendly and helpful, and even helped reduce my stress when I tended a little toward the "bridezilla" end of things.

Good prices, great customer service. They appreciate the value of repeat customers by offering little extra like cleaning of past purchases and discounts here and there. My husband and I both love our rings.
