Photobooth frames vs magnets

erika, on July 23, 2012 at 10:09 AM Posted in Planning 0 18

Hi Ladies! I am doing the frames with a little thank you for coming insert in them so they can have something to display their photo from the booth in. I was just going to order the frames and I saw they have magnet frames also.

If you were coming to my wedding would you more than likely use the magnet then just the plain plastic frame?

Also If i were to do the magnets do you ladies have any ideas on how to display them? THANK YOU

I am doing the photo stand up holders that fit the photo booth cards in.Going to get them from the dj/photobooth guy!.and they double as my escort cards..the picture inside will have our engagement pic on it,our date and their name with the table number..then after they get their photo booth pics they can put it in the back of it..it holds one on each side!

heres the link to what mine will look like..its at the bottom of the page under photobooth

I would do magnets. If I went to a wedding I'd rather have that. I don't have a lot of places left for frames in my house.

Would I just lay them on a table.. or is there a way I can magnet them to something?

I would do the magnets too. Can you put them all in a basket or some kind of container? They will take up a lot of space all laid out on a table.

I did the magnet frames and was so happy...there's probably no way I would display the stand up ones in my own house, so I wasn't going to give them to others. Plus it's cool to go over to friend's houses now and see the pics up on the fridge Smiley smile Best part is that they were <$1 each with free shipping!!!

We had a photobooth attendant who gave them out. The only problem with the basket is that people could take more than one and there wouldn't be enough later (even though you like to think it won't happen). So you might put something about only taking one on the sign.

As a guest, I would prefer a magnet. Its so much easier to stick it to my fridge than to find a good spot for a frame in my house.

I would do magnets, i was at an event where they had the plastic frames and keychains...needless to say the plastic frame ended up breaking Smiley sad but i still have the keychain so i think the magnet is more practical

I personally would prefer a magnet, but like Heather I'm using them for my escort cards and figure the "L" shaped frames will be much easier to display for the guests.

Oh no...I don't know how that got cut off. Best part was how happy I was with the price...less than $1 each and free shipping (yay!)

I had a photobooth attendant and so she passed them out. If you go with the basket idea, I would mention to only take one on the sign -- you would think people would know that....

Also, if you want to use the frames for your escort cards and you like the idea of magnets more than L frames, I bet you could very easily make something magnetic that would hold all of them and make an adorable display...I don't know your theme or anything.

I would rather have the magnet than the frame. As another idea, I've also seen people use bookmark sleeves to hold the photo strips. I have one from a wedding I attended a couple of years ago, and it is still my go-to bookmark. (but then, I do read a lot, so maybe that's why I'm partial to the bookmark, Smiley tongue )

As for how to display them, why not have one at each place setting inviting your guests to make use of your photobooth. That way, you could ensure that everyone gets 1.

WWW.photoboothframes.com They will send the samples if you cover cost of shipping. This way you can decide what one you like best having them in hand.

I requested a free magnetic photo booth frame sample from this place. Very nice quality and are made in USA, which was nice.
