Matching Ties to Davids Bridal Ballet

Men's wearhouse matches a lot of the colors at David's bridal. Have you checked them out yet?

Second what Pander said...David's and Men's Wearhouse coordinate the dress colors and ties that come with tux rentals, so that would be your best bet and probably the easiest. If you don't plan to use Men's Wearhouse for the men's attire, then I would order a swatch of the Ballet colored fabric from David's and head to the mall and see what you can find to match. Or you can always go with a standard black tie with black tuxes and bring in the color for the groomsmen in their boutonniere.

We had the same problem matching shades at MW They didn't have half the colors we expected them to and only like 3 shades of green and no pocket squares to match. We ended up finding our pocket squares on Amazon.

Ballet pink should be a fairly easy color go find. Take it from some one who teaches dance and sees how every company has a slightly different shade of "ballet pink", I promise no one will notice the shades being slightly off on guys and girls. Some of the amazon pocket squares came with or at least had separate matching ties. I'd suggest looking there and just ordering thr basic suit from MW or wherever.

We actually went to MW and they did not have a shade of pink that matched Ballet. I was really surprised actually - that was one of the reasons we went with DB to start off with!

But I suppose I need to take your advice Margaret, I have been struggling to find the *perfect* match, but I am sure if the color is slightly off no one will notice.

Hi! I'm getting married in March and I have also selected David's Bridal 'ballet' as my bridesmaid dress color. I am searching for matching ties and pocket squares. Would you mind telling me where you found ties/men's accessories to match the 'ballet' color? Thanks!

I ended up purchasing the ties and pocket squares from an Etsy shop called TieObsessed. The tie color was called Dusty Rose. The ties matched the swatch I received from DB perfectly, however the dresses in person seemed lighter than the swatch. I think it's because of the chiffon material of the bridesmaid dress that I selected.

So happy that I found this! I also picked ballet from David's Bridal and funny enough Men's Wearhouse doesn't have the color! Just like someone else said, this is why I picked the dress from David's Bridal to begin with because they're supposed to match Men's Wearhouse choices! Well of course I would select a color that men’s wearhouse did not carry. BALLET! I searched all over the internet and every store in the malls and local area and could not find the color. Well I went to amazon and found a tie and pocket square for 9.95 and purchased bc I had only 2 weeks left to order and I just had to have the wrong color than no tie at all. Well I ordered these ties and when they came they matched the color perfectly!
