Did you buy this with your credit card? I would contest it through them before I spent anymore money in relation to this outfit in China. You did not get what you paid for. (Well, in reality, yeah, you did, but officially you paid for a new-condition, custom-made dress that you did not get.) If they want the dress back, THEY should pay for return shipping.

I would say otherwise if this was just you changing your mind, but that's about as good as them sending you a box of rocks instead of a dress and then insisting that you ship the box of rocks back at your own cost before they will refund your money.

I was expecting this DB T9612 thats the pic they have in their website. Similar at least I'm not dumb I know it wont be the same but damn LOL .

I am sorry that this happened to you. I was lucky enough that both of mine came in just perfect, no issues whatsoever. Hopefully you will find something in your price range.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. I wish you had been on WW sooner and posted you were looking at doing this. Too many brides are being screwed over by these companies!

Look at your dress- it's not even the same. Sleeveless? Nope- the one you wanted has cap sleeves.

It's actually quite normal for chinese wholesaler dresses to have 'good bones.' They are often made in the same factories as the brand name dresses. However, it is the details that lack. Cheap, crappy crystals-not lined up perfectly. Low quality lace, often with holes (as you have seen), etc.

I really hope you can save at least one other bride from making the same mistake!
