Any good ideas on bridesmaids wearing pants?

Me and my fiance have been engaged for three years and I am finally breaking down and planning my wedding for next May. We both come from ranching families and want a western wedding in the mountains. All of my bridesmaids also grew up with a cowboy background and although they would wear a dress if I asked them too, they would be more comfortable in pants. I am wearing a dress and would like to keep things somewhat dressy so I need to find a good balance between a nice dressy pants outfit that will fit with a cowboy lifestyle. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I am doing boots and dresses in the end of January!! lol My BM's are going to freeze! But I told them that they can change after the first dance. Make it cute for me. And they are all very supportive in whatever I want cause its MY wedding. But here is a pic of what my BM dresses look like with boots! Thats my twin/ MOH.
