Ok where do I begin........Staci is AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!! I knew from the beginning that I would not be able to plan a wedding on my own. After making a bunch of phone calls and gathering information, I decided to meet with Staci at where else...Starbucks. My mom, fiance and I were all there for the meeting. Staci took the time to learn about how we meet and our "vision" for the wedding, including, colors, music, theme, location, etc. She did not miss a detail! After our meeting, we immediately booked her. I cannot put into words how helpful, creative, and thorough Staci is! She helped me with every aspect of the wedding! Staci was at our florist meetings and at the multiple walk-thru's at the ceremony/reception site. Her energy is addictive!!! She was able to help me with my vision of the wedding in order to make everything come together. The day of the wedding, Staci was there bright and early to get things going. She took care of all my wedding items, linens, caterers, and coordinating all the vendors. The wedding day went PERFECTLY and I own it all to Staci! She is a GREAT wedding coordinator, very detail oriented, and doesn't miss a beat! She has such great ideas and was so much fun to work with! I cannot say enough great things about Staci! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her to assist with your wedding....you will not be disappointed!!!!

Staci was absolutely amazing. Our daughter's wedding could have been a logistical nightmare, yet Staci's expertise shined through. I did not have to worry about 1 thing because i knew Staci would handle it. Our wedding was held in the garden of a bed and breakfast which required major logistical maneuvering of all of the guests as well as coordinating all of the vendors. It was absolutely perfect!!! Our guests are still in awe! Staci provided vendors which were without a doubt the best in the industry. Many of our guests commented how they wished that they knew Staci because of the fabulous event she did. Kudos to Staci and her staff for a magnificent job from the bottom of my heart!

One of the best things I did in planning the wedding was work with Staci Mandikas, owner of Unique Event Design, LLC. I thought I had most everything done on my list, but I was so wrong. When my husband and I met Staci we realized she was going to help us raise our wedding experience to the highest level. She's very detail-oriented, and makes you feel like you're the only wedding she's working on. On top of that she's creative, and a blast to brainstorm with. If you haven't started thinking about your table card holders, never fear, she comes up with the best ideas. When it came down to the day of, Staci and her assistant were a dream. They fit in with friends, family and other vendors so well, and were everything to us: time-keepers, nerves-calmers, vendor-partners...maestros of the event. I don't know what we would have done without Staci. Fun story! When our wedding party came up with a last minute idea to decorate our bed & breakfast room with rose petals and candles; all they did was utter the words in front of Staci, and "consider it done" was her calm response. They let the frantic worry of planning out their last minute idea, and when we came back to the room; it was magically romantic. If you're looking for someone to go above and beyond your expectations, and an expert to make your day everything it could possibly be; call Staci.

Staci was AWESOME to work with.There are so many things that go into making a wedding and reception a success... most of which we wouldn't have thought of if it hadn't been for Staci! Staci and her team were so helpful every step of the way! She was always available by email or phone, and when we were in town, she made a huge effort to spend quality time with us! It was of the essence!

The day of our wedding, I never worried about a thing. She and her team seamlessly moved us from stage to stage of the whole celebration; they were always calm, prepared, put-together and SMILING. This was crucial! I not only felt in capable hands, but in loving ones as well.

Staci Mandikas, owner of Unique Event Design, provided us with "Day of Coordinating" package. However, she did SO much more than that. She recommended excellent vendors that I was SO happy with. She also helped me design the layout and decor for the reception and made wonderful suggestions that turned out looking so beautifully. On wedding day, she made sure all the little details that meant so much to me were taken care of.

She met with my vendors and provided much needed peace of mind especially during the week of the wedding. I am pretty hands on, and it was hard for me to give up the riegns, but I felt comfortable letting Staci take over, which allowed me to enjoy my wedding a whole lot more! Thank you Staci!

With having a destination wedding I really needed someone who knew great vendors and who I could full trust to have my wedding turn out the way I wanted it. Hiring Staci and her team was the best thing I did, she never complained when I changed my mind on everything, even the wedding date. We had countless email correspondence and she always made time in her busy schedule to meet with me on the very few days I was town. I knew she had plenty of other brides but she always made me feel like I was the most important (I think this is a great quality with working with anyone.) She went above and beyond what I ever expected. On the wedding day she took care of every "crisis" without even worrying me at all. I think everyone should have a Staci throughout the planning process and especially the wedding day!

I wish I could give Staci a 10 out of 5! What a great value for the cost. Staci is a lifesaver and truly did exactly what I was hoping for and way more!! She was super sweet and great at her job!

Staci and her staff were the best investment we made in our wedding! Knowing that her background is in interior design, we picked a few things that were important to us and told her to have fun with the rest. We were blown away!!

I am so glad that I hired Staci! She helped me out in so many ways with planning. Staci was very prompt in returning emails and phone calls, and we actually had two meetings instead of one. She recommended several of my vendors who were excellent. Towards the end of planning when I was getting overwhelmed she stepped in and handled everything. I didn't have to lift a finger on my wedding day. The day went so smoothly because of her and her team. If you are considering getting a coordinator, I highly recommend Staci!!

Staci and her team rocked! Everyone at our wedding commented on how smoothly everything went and how effortless it all felt, and a large part of that was due to Staci's hard work and attention to detail! I opted for the "day of coordinator" plan and Staci picked up where I left off without a hitch. She & her team ran the rehearsal and kept everything running smoothly on the big day. I highly recommend her for any large event, she has the unique skill to be very creative with the big picture and then dive down into the details to make it all happen. I did the day-of coordination with Staci from Unique Event Design and she was fabulous! Lots of extra touches on my wedding day - she was able to take my vision and implement it just the way I wanted. For the cost, especially, she was great. Nice person and easy to work with!! Definitely recommend!

OMG...Staci and her staff was amazing. There was NOT one detail that Staci was not able to handle. She made my day a PERFECT one! Staci was running all over the place for me and my wedding party and never once showed a sign of weakness. At one point I said to one of my BM "she is going to have heart attack" and boy was I so WRONG! Staci and her staff were up and about til almost 1am with our LATIN PARTY CROWD.

Staci started all of this off with our RD. 2 weeks before the event I told her "Staci I have NO clue where I am hosting the RD". Her exact words to me were "Julie what is your budget?" I told her the budget she said to me give ok I will handle it from here. And she did just that...Staci planned myh RD including, location, food, DJ, florist, decor, and photography. I did not have to worry about a thing. All I did was show up and look pretty. When I got there it was absolutely amazing...something I would have never dreamed of doing. Staci has a talent like no other.

Now the day of my wedding...WOW-BLING it was! My theme was BLING and there were crystals and stones all over the place! From the ceremony to the cocktail hour all the way to the reception and exiting! Staci took charge and completly made my vision of an amazing wedding become a reality...it was unreal! Staci was absolutely wonderful! I had been so overwhelmed before I hired her, and planning my wedding was starting to seem like a job. I was anxious and worried about all of the little details instead of being excited to marry the man of my dreams. She took all of the work out of it so my wedding could be the celebration it was supposed to be. She juggled all of the vendors and even added her own candles and decorations to the cake table etc to ensure that everything looked beautiful. I would recommend her to any bride who wants to focus on the reasons she is getting married and not on the details of it.

All I can say is WOW about this wonderful person. Staci was the best investment my husband and I could have made for our December 11th 2009 wedding. Staci was the gem that made my wedding sparkle. Her execution was flawless and she delivers only the best. Throughout our almost one year of planning Staci went above and beyond her call of duty to make our wedding the most unforgettable event for us and our guest. Her attention to detail left us speechless. We were all very impressed by her hard work. But Staci’s greatness doesn’t only have to do with the way she executes the tasks at hand, it all begins with her wonderful personality. Staci was the only wedding coordinator we interviewed, and as soon as we met her she blew us away. Her personality brought life to our wedding planning. On those very stressful days when, as a bride, you are saying, “What did I get myself into”, one call from Staci and you find yourself wondering why you where stressed at all in the first place. She really takes the time to tend for her brides’ needs and wants. One example of this was when we decided out of nowhere, less than a week before the wedding, mind you, to change the entire layout of our reception. When I called Staci to tell her this while cringing inside, she surprised us all by showing up at our house, laptop in hand and ready to work on it with us into the wee hours of the night. She is truly the best investment anyone can make for their wedding. Not to mention all the money we saved just having her with us. The savings she found for us pretty much paid for her services in itself.
