Staci encourages (and is excited by) big ideas and will go the extra mile to figure out how to make them happen. She is service-oriented and will do any and everything she can to make your big day less stressful for you - from administrative tasks to negotiating with vendors to keeping you caffeinated/hydrated to running interference with difficult people or situations to helping with a wardrobe change! She also pays attention to the details, and most importantly, Staci maintains a positive and supportive attitude no matter what happens or how often you change your mind, which really helps when those eleventh hour ickies and decision fatigue are putting a little rain cloud over you. 10/10 would highly recommend! -

Sometimes other couples come to us and ask: what did you do to have a wedding that beautiful, unique, and fun? How can we make our wedding like that? I have one piece of advice for them: get Staci at your side. Staci at Unique Weddings and events can make any dream you have of a wedding come true. She works within your budget, on your schedule, and she will make it all happen magically behind the scenes. My job on wedding day was to look good and show up. I knew everything else would be taken care of. Whether or not you want a standard beautiful wedding, or something off the beaten path (ours was a fantasy/Lord of the Rings wedding) she will do everything to make it beautiful for pictures and fun for your guests. She's good in a crisis too - the power went out at our venue for a large chunk of time, and by the time she checked in with us she had already made contingency plans with every single vendor and had a plan to make our wedding be seamless even without power. Throughout the entire planning process, she made us feel like we were her only clients in the world. I seriously could not recommend her more. -

When I went into this wedding planning process, I was a little blind to all the many ways a wedding could go. Staci helped me to see the ALL the ways that a wedding can be planned and I am so eternally grateful to be able to have planned a wedding with her. She has to be the most flexible person on this planet, because I went back and forth constantly on plans and she didn't even bat an eye! She helped me to understand that everything in the process is mobile and can be tweaked and adjusted or completely abandoned if need be. Staci was always available to me, whether it be questions in regard to vendors, or how to respond to family members appropriately, she always came thru ! There was no question or feeling too small, she helped guide me thru the process with grace and expertise.
A huge bonus of having Staci plan your wedding is her eye for design. She turned our reception room into the magical wonderland of my dreams. She has a huge knack for understanding mood, design, themes, etc. We loved our decor and floral arrangements!
Out of all the vendors to have on your team, I cannot recommend Staci enough. Everyone left the wedding with vibes they could feel weeks later! & that is absolutely priceless. -

We are so thankful for our wedding planner, Staci. After one conversation, I could tell she wanted to make our visions a reality and put a unique spin on our wedding. She was thoughtful, SO RESPONSIVE, professional and tried to put out any dilemmas/issues that occurred along the way herself before coming to me. I can’t understate that last part. And that’s exactly the person you want managing your big day. She was kind, excited and I really loved having her as our wedding planner. Not to mention, her prices are more than reasonable for the outstanding job that she does. Thank you Staci! -

Unique weddings made my wedding an absolute fairytale of a day. Staci took amazing care of us and her attention to detail was off the charts. She's always on top of everything, is a pleasure to work with, and is great at dealing with people (even problematic family members LOL). My day was so perfect thanks to her; I could never have planned something this complex on my own, despite being a big planner in other aspects of my life. Staci hit it out of the park for our wedding. Every detail was well thought out and executed. We changed our wedding and made it much smaller due to the pandemic and with all the changes (even though it was extra work for her) she met it with ease and handled it like a true professional. Our wedding surpassed our expectations. Every detail was accounted for. It was truly our perfect day. We plan on using Staci in the future for other events we plan on having. She is truly a gem and after working with her I am sad to see her go. -

I've taken some time to leave a review because it's hard for me to know where to start. Staci and her team were hands down one of the best parts of my wedding experience. From our first phone consultation to the end of my wedding day she went above and beyond to make my day everything I dreamt it would be. She is enthusiastic, kind, caring, everything you would want in a wedding planner. She thinks of things that would never occur to someone not well versed in wedding planning, I'm sure my day would have been a mess without her. She asked me what my favorite drink was so that she could have it ready for me in my dressing room... she called me in the morning to make sure everything was running smoothly and to reassure me she had the venue under control. My family raved about her presence at the reception, she made everyone happy. I cannot recommend her enough! -

Staci is the glue that held the wedding together
Where do I even begin? If you are contemplating using a wedding planner, let me be the first to tell you, DO IT! (and choose STACI!). I got married on 12.31.2019 and I really wanted to have an epic party to not only celebrate my marriage but also the New Year! When I reached out to Staci, right off the bat she had the most creative and UNIQUE ideas and knew exactly how to execute them. Throughout the planning process, she handled everything like the boss she is. If you want someone who will get things done, she is your gal! My husband was hesitant about having a wedding planner, but on the day after the wedding, he stated that Staci was worth EVERY.SINGLE.PENNY and was a value and asset to our wedding! Some examples include: The day before our wedding, our photo booth cancelled on us.... and before Staci even called me, she got quotes from 2 other companies that were still available, so when she told me the bad news, she already had solutions. It's little things like that, that brides don't even think about happening, which is why Staci was such an asset. When my husband and I went back and fourth like five thousand times on center pieces and decor, Staci did an entire mock set up with all of the real flowers in 3 different centerpiece options. On wedding day, Staci handled all of the vendors and ensured that everything was 110% perfect! Then, during the reception, she periodically came up to my new husband and I with drinks to keep us going! I without a doubt feel lucky and thankful to have had Staci from Unique Weddings & Event's help me with my wedding! She truly took my visions and dreams and made them into the BEST.WEDDING.EVER! I had so many guests say my wedding was truly the best wedding they had ever been too, and I have Staci to thank for that! -

While I knew Eboni and the Unique Wedding Events Team would be amazing, we never realized, just how much they do for you. I had the pleasure of already working with Eboni when I was a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding; and when it came to be my time, she was one of the first vendors I booked- over a year before the wedding. I had seen her in action, and knew she was great! However working with Eboni as a bridesmaid, verses being the bride, is, of course, a completely different experience. While there is just way tooo much to talk about in this short review, I'll give you the biggest highlights (there was not one complaint). Eboni walked across Bayshore, to give us appetizers so we could eat. My husband was completely astonished by her dedication. She dealt with relatives that showed up late, and changed things last minute. While I gave her pictures, and inspirations for my vision, many items I just threw in as a bonus, and she knew, and did exactly, what I wanted! Anytime we made eye contact with any person on her team, it was a silent - are you okay or do you need anything, and then they would just magically appear with it - most times before you even knew you needed something! And lastly one of my favorite parts, a couple of vendors tried to talk to us during the reception, and once again, Eboni magically appeared to whisk them away. She allowed nothing to interrupt our special day, and if a vendor needed something, they needed to go through her! If she isn't already booked, I completely recommend her and her entire team. Not only did the whole day and night run smoothly, and was honestly perfect, but pictures have already come out. In every single picture, over 1000 pictures, all you can see is my husband and I laughing or having this intense huge smile on our faces, with pure joy radiating through every picture. This was only possible because of Eboni. Nothing went wrong, everything went perfect (as cliched as that is), and I had nothing to worry about that day - leaving me to truly enjoy my wedding - and it shows through every picture. Thank you! -

Staci is seriously AMAZING! She super easy to work with, has great ideas, and is very responsive.
I was planning my St. Pete Wedding from Seattle and she made everything so easy. No detail, no matter how small, was overlooked. I'm naturally forgetful, so having someone super detailed oriented like Staci tracking every detail made my wedding so stress free.
The day of the wedding, she was a rock star. We were on time and operating smoothly because of her. And when my dress BROKE right after my frist dance, she was there in a flash to fix it. Sooooo many people came up to me after my wedding and said it was the best wedding they have ever been too. It was 100% because of Staci!

Staci and her team we’re everything and more I could have asked for. From our very first phone conversation I knew she was exactly what I needed. Staci was extremely responsive, innovative, assertive (yet polite) to vendors, organized, and quick thinking when we had some last minute changes due to weather. I had an EXTREMELY difficult venue and Staci helped calm my anxiety and make sure my vision became reality. For any bride who is questioning “do I really need a planner?” the answer is YES! Do not for a second hesitate to hire Staci and her team. I was fortunate to have been gifted her planning services from my mother. I am confident that our wedding would of been a disaster without her, instead she pulled off a miracle. Staci worked with my fiancé to put together the perfect event for us. She dealt with literal natural disasters (tornados), a venue who hired and fired 3 different event coordinators, and myself as a bride who had no idea what I wanted nor was I very good about making decisions. She broke down the planning for us and instead of overwhelming us, gave us a few tasks and decisions to make every month. She introduced us to incredible vendors that matched our personalities and ensured we would have the experience to put it all together. Most importantly Staci took the time to get to know us as a couple and included so many personal details to create an intimate and touching wedding that was perfectly tailored to us and our wishes. I will always be grateful and appreciative of all her hard work. You can be assured that you are in very good hands with Staci and the whole Unique Weddings & Events team.

Michelle Sent on 09/05/2018Working with Staci Mandikas, owner of Unique Weddings and Events, was truly a pleasure and one of the best decisions that we made in regards to our wedding. She was a preferred vendor the Opal Sands Resort where we had our wedding, and the sales director personally recommended her. After looking at the website for Unique Weddings and Events, I was drawn to the fact that they could help plan a wedding that would be unique and outside the box. I was really looking for something different. From the first time we spoke, Staci was easy to talk to, very organized, and very reassuring. We could tell that she was very experienced and that she had very good ideas. She would tell you her honest opinion regarding any topic. We hired her for day-of coordination and the total design package. I sent her a number of inspiration photos, and we discussed our tastes, preferences, and budget. Our discussion were a good mix of her suggestions and taking our feedback. She came up with a design plan with plenty of pictures and the final design had a mock set up of the reception table. She totally got our design aesthetic, and it was beautiful. So many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had been to, etc. Staci also helped in other ways too, such as vendor choices, communicating with the vendors, and random things too, such as getting the marriage license. One of the coolest parts was that she was able to get someone to build a beautiful gold metal structure with flowers hanging to function as the altar. We had a little snafu right before the wedding where my husband was issues a temporary drivers license, and we were unsure if it would be accepted for a marriage license. Staci helped us sort it through and everything was ok. Working with Staci was such a great decision, and you should not hesitate to use her services. She was a pleasure to work with.

We didn’t know exactly what we wanted but we wanted it in just 6 weeks! Staci created the most beautiful party we could have ever imagined! It literally looked better than the Pinterest photos I showed her! She worked while we eloped and had it all done so quickly. She was available at any time and drove (far) to us with every need. The party was seamless because she fixed any problem before we even knew they happened. The one thing I didn’t take her opinion on, I wish I had!! We will use Unique for every party we plan in the future.

Nadia Sent on 03/05/2015From the day that Staci met with me at Starbucks I was impressed, she was so organized with her entire setup and not once during our initial meeting did I feel pressured to hire her she genuinely wanted to give me her feedback and advice and allowed me to make my decision based off my needs. Due to the size and nature of my wedding we agreed that Eboni would be the best fit for my day of coordination which I will say once again was a LIFESAVER. Eboni is so calm and collected and you just feel so comfortable knowing that she is handling everything. I was blown away by how Eboni and her assistant executed my vision for my ceremony and reception, it was done exactly how I envisioned it and maybe ever better.
You know it was money well spent when your husband at the end of night tells you that the coordinator was FANTASTIC and would pay double the money if needed. -

She took something great and made it magnificent. Myself and our wedding would have fell apart without her. She works with other vendors so well. She was there for me with everything. She went above and beyond what my package came with. Hours of vendor meetigs, our meetings, calls, text, and emails. She was on top of everything and more. Only bc of her was I able to relax on the wedding date. She helped me with the rehearsal dinner and coordinated a way for me to give my husband a special gift of me singing with our band. Completely worth every penny and I would do it all over again but hire her sooner. She came on board late after I let my planner go. True God send. We clicked from hello. Her and 3 assistants NAILED IT. Her idea of a secret transformation of the reception while we had dinner brought tears to my eyes when she gave us a private showing before the guest. Love her and miss talking to her. You will too -

My husband and I live in D.C. and I knew we would need help planning a wedding in Florida. Staci was one of the Don CeSar's recommended planners and she was the only one we talked to that was honest about the challenges of everything we needed to get done in less than 6 months. Staci got started right away with calls and checklists that got us on track. There's no way we could've gotten everything one in such a short amount of time without her help and expertise.
Our wedding had some unique aspects as my husband is Jewish and I'm Catholic and Brazilian, so there was a lot cultural things we wanted to incorporate. Staci was so knowledgeable about blending our two religions, and she was also super patient with me and my mom as we planned a very large and important brigadeiro table (Brazilian sweets, typical at parties).
As someone who can be type A, I always expected to be pretty anxious on my wedding day, but I had Staci and her team handling everything, so I truly woke up on that day without worries. I even did a yoga on the beach! I never once looked at my phone or a clock to see if everything was on time, because I trusted Staci. She handled everything that popped up during the wedding, because with 130+ people and two really big and rambunctious families, things were bound to come up, but I never once stressed.
Our wedding day was beautiful and we're so glad we chose Staci and the Unique team to put it together.
