I bought a single strand of freshwater pearls. The price was extremely reasonable, considering that I had gotten a promo code from dressrush.com. The necklace was true to what shows on the website. They have a lot of great looking items and I would probably order from them again.

I absolutely love the earrings I ordered from tigerlilly!!! I purchased them for my upcoming wedding and can't wait to wear them. I was a little nervous making a jewelry purchase on line with not being able to see them in person beforehand but when I received the earrings and tried them on, I was not disappointed at all. They sparkle great and are reasonable priced in comparison to some other on-line competitors.

I am so pleased with the custom jewelry Tigerllily made for me! My jeweler worked very closely with me, communicating with me at all stages of the design process, to design the pieces that I had in mind, and the final price was actually much less than I had budgeted for (to my delight!). They were beautiful pieces (a necklace and a hair wrap) and I got loads of compliments on them. I would definitely recommend Tigerlilly. If you have a custom piece in mind, do send your request early since the design will likely change quite a bit over time (as mine did). However, the ready-to-wear pieces are equally beautiful.

I received excellent customer service when I called Tigerlilly. In addition to not know what to order, I explained to the consultant that I needed my order ASAP. I was leaving for Greece to get married in 4 days. The consultant provided me with suggestions and was able to ship out the jewelry within a day. The jewelry arrived in time for my trip and it was beautiful (all hand made.) Everything was of high quality and I received numerous compliments during the wedding. Thank you Tigerlilly!!!

When I got engaged and picked out my wedding dress, I decided I really wanted a hair piece for my hair that went with the detail of my dress and I was having the hardest time finding one I liked that didnt kill my budget. I almost purchased a $400 one from the dress shop but I wasnt in love with it. I ended up contacting Tigerlily after seeing their work, just to get a quote and see if they could do what I was looking for. I sent a few pics of my dress to show the detail and shortly after I got an email telling me they would make me a sample to see if I liked it. The first sample we both (Tigerlily and I) decided wasnt exactly right but it wasnt a problem at all. A week later she sent me another picture and it was PERFECT!!!! The best part was it was so affordable. No were near the amount I would have spent on the one at the dress shop. Once I decided that was it, I made the purchase and a week later My hairpiece was here and more beautiful in person then in the pictures. They are wonderful to work with and I would recommend anyone looking for an expensive looking piece, thats affordable, for their wedding or special occasion to go to Tigerlily!!!!

Tigerlilly made a necklace, earrings, bracelet and a brooch for me to wear at my daughter's wedding. They did a beautiful job and I received many compliments on it! They always sent photos of the jewelry as it was in process so I could approve or tweak it and were always responsive to my suggestions. It was a little difficult to tell the actual size of the jewelry from the photo, so when I received the necklace it was a little larger for me than I wanted it to be. They were very cooperative in letting me send it back for them to tweak again, and I was very satisfied with the adjustments they made. It was a little expensive, but then - it was for my daughter's wedding, so worth it to me! I would highly recommend them!

Tiger Lilly provided beautiful custom made jewelry, both for myself and my bridesmaids. My bridesmaids really love the pieces and continue to wear them! They were so impressed with the craftsmanship and the beauty of the pieces. I worked with their jewelry designer, gave her a concept and what the dresses looked like and she designed several pieces to choose from. The pricing of this jewelry was so reasonable for custom design. Their designer was a joy to work with over email. Tiger Lilly can really help a bride put her personal touch on her accessories as well as her wedding parties. I can't rave about them enough. The pieces are stunning and they are great to work with!

I had Tigerlilly custom design jewelry for me based on what my dress looked like, and they did a phenomenal job! I loved that I could specify my price range and what items I wanted and they would make it for me within my budget, and I was not obligated to purchase the items if I did not like the result. I sent in picture of my dress and the theme of my wedding, and after the items were made (earrings, necklace, bracelet, hair piece), they sent me pictures. I was not sure if all of the items would be too much together, but after seeing all of the pictures, I knew I had to have it all! I just adored it and they were a pleasure to deal with and to do business with. And I got so many compliments on my jewelry and especially my hairpin with the feather on it - it was all perfect!

I really loved the pieces I ordered from Tigerlilly. I was a bit nervous purchasing my jewelry online without ever seeing it in person, but I was getting close to my wedding date and couldn't find anything I liked in the stores. I found the necklace/earring/bracelet set I liked, but the hair pin I liked didn't exactly match it - I requested that they add some beads to make it match the necklace, and they did so for no extra cost. I got my veil from them for $45, which was a fraction of the cost that the wedding dress shop wanted to charge me, and it looked beautiful. The jewelry was awesome, and many of my guests commented that they thought the jewelry had been specially made to match my dress! I only had one issue, and that was that the necklace was very small in diameter - I don't have an exceptionally large neck, but it was super tight - I had to add a necklace extender to it. Not a big deal at all, just something to note. I would recommend them for your wedding jewelry!

The first thing I started looking for when I got engaged was a flower to wear in my hair. I wear flower clips in my hair nearly every day, so I needed something extra special for my wedding. In October 2008 I saw a Tigerlilly clip in a magazine and knew it was close to what I wanted. I e-mailed Mandy and sent her pictures of my unusual dress and she immediately made a bunch of suggestions for custom designed pieces that sounded perfect. We corresponded until December 2008, at which point she told me she'd ordered pieces she needed and would get back to me once they came in. In late January 2009, I tried to contact her, having heard nothing. I was getting nervous since my wedding was in May 2009, and I wanted everything done in advance. The girls at Tigerlilly did not respond to at least four e-mails I sent. Finally, I sent an e-mail in February stating that I was going to look elsewhere, and finally they sent me a picture of the bracelet that Mandy had designed to go with the hairpiece that was not yet made. A few more weeks went by without hearing from them about my headpiece. Finally in March my pieces were passed on to another girl at Tigerlilly, who sent me some photos of hairpins not at all similar to what Mandy had described. I was frustrated and felt like I was talking to a wall, so I ordered another hairpiece off of another website. Meanwhile, my bracelet arrived at my mom's house, and seeing how beautiful it was, wrote to Mandy herself and begged her to do my hairpiece herself. It all worked out in the end and the pieces were beautiful; however, getting there was very stressful to me. I wasn't wearing any other jewelry and my dress really needed something to set it off, so I wanted to be sure that it was perfect. My pieces arrived in mid-April, a month before the wedding. Their design and the quality of their pieces is fantastic but their customer service is lacking.
