We couldn't be happier with the service and product that A Tailor provided. Not only did they deliver beautiful dresses for all of the women, but the men were outfitted in very stylish, modern, and well -fitting tuxedos. They had plenty of options to choose from that allowed us to put together a great look for the entire wedding party. We loved working with Esther and James and thought they did a really great and professional job.

I originally went their based on a friend's recommendation to look for a wedding dress. I ended up finding my dress somewhere else but we got all of our bridesmaids and groomsmen outfitted there. They were very professional and they worked with our budget. We didn't have any problems and felt comfortable each time we went in. I would recommend them and I will go back for anything else I need in this area.

I found "the one" and the employees there were so much more helpful than the other stores I visited.

This is where I got my dress and the attire for all bridesmaids and groomsmen. There was not one staff member that didn't go above and beyond, and they have great deals when you outfit your entire wedding party there.

My dress came about a month before the wedding date and they only had one opening available for a fitting, which luckily I was able to take work off for. Their tailor doesn't really speak english at all and is only there on certain days. But the ladies are extremely nice and helpful with picking out dresses and tuxes. I felt everything was worth the money I spent.

I almost purchased my wedding dress here; I ended up getting it at Maya Palace instead. The wedding consultants were very patient with me and I pretty much exhausted all my choices in the store (in several trips)! Bethel (who no longer works there) and Pamela helped me out the most. My one criticism is that the bustier that they gave me to try on with the dresses was filthy!
Since I prefer to support local businesses and had had a good experience so far, I decided to only search for my bridesmaid dresses at this store. It was a tough decision to narrow down my choices and one of my factors was money: I didn't want my girls to have to spend a ridiculous amount of money on their dresses. Of my designer finalists, I was told that all dresses of that designer and specific dress line were the same cost. I spent a lot of time trying to find dresses that fit my MOH and 2 BMs well (and not making anyone pay more than the other girls) and when I finally made my choice and I put in the order, they were not the price originally quoted to me! By then, I was not about to restart the research process, so I just decided to go for it (the price was still rather reasonable). But it caught me by surprise and it was obviously the consultants' fault. I didn't get much of an apology.
My biggest complaint regarding the bridal party dresses is that my sister was made to pay an extra $20 due to her "size," which it turns out, the dress in the size they recommended was HUGE and my sister had to pay even more money to have major alterations done. She's out-of-state and found an alterations person who did a really good job, given what she had to work with. It never did fit my sister the way it would have if she had gotten her true size (and NOT paid an extra $20). I felt really bad for her and I had a similar experience with sizing for my wedding dress (see my Maya Palace review). Again, I complained, but was told that it's always best to just go with the largest measurement size and expect to have alterations on the other measurements. Well, even my sister's largest measurement was way smaller than that of the dress. Oy vey...
I also got my rehearsal dinner dress here and I love the dress! It is one of the new Jasmine/B2 dresses. I had issues with alterations and had to go back twice before it was done right, but in the end, the dress fit well.
My groom and the men in his party rented their tuxes there and had a great experience. I like that we were able to see a mannequin dressed up in pretty much the exact outfit that my groom would wear. James, Esther, and others were great to work with. I was very happy with the fabric colors and textures that we chose and everyone looked great on the wedding day.
All in all, I would recommend A Tailor Tuxedo & Bridal and would use them again. Just watch out for sizing problems, no matter where you shop, because it runs rampant in the bridal industry!

This was the first and only dress shop I went to. I bought my dress and rented my groom's tux here. The girls were absolutely wonderful, and so patient. I was very undecisive, but they helped me pick out the perfect dress and tuxedo.
The only problem I had was toward the very end when alterations were being done. They told me it would be done one day, then another day, then it wasn't, and we had to reschedule a few different fittings because of that. In the end, my dress was perfect.

I got my alterations on my gown done here, due to what great reviews they were given. Boy was I disappointed!! They had to take in my gown, about 2 inches at the waist and in inch at the bust. They took all the excess in at the back of the gown, which resulted in the seams being all wonky and many weird bumps and ridges in the dress. I used to work at a dressmakers shop in Dallas, and we would have NEVER given a gown to a bride in the condition they gave me mine. Both hook & eyes on the back fell off after I took it home (how hard is it to sew on a hook and eye??) So I had to take those off, fix them, and also took off and fixed the hook & Eyes on my bustle because i knew those would fall off as well. I also had to add some boning into the gown, to fix the weird bumps, which is exactly what I suggested that they should do, and they told me it was impossible. I was going to do my alterations myself, and I wish I would have - it would have saved me $450 and actually SAVED me time because I spent so much time fixing it and stressing over it. There was one REALLY nice girl, whose name I cant remember, but she is blonde and a little bit short, and really sweet. She was the best thing this store has going for it! The other girls just told me I was being to "perfectionist" about my dress and it looked "fine". I will upload pictures and you can see how terrible my dress looked. I would have never walked down the aisle in the condition it was in, and if I didn't know how to sew, I would have probably had a panic attack on my wedding day because all of my bustle would have fallen out and I wouldn't have been able to get in the dress because the hook and eyes would have fallen off.

I got my wedding dress from them. They carry Mori Lee dress that I love. The price of the dress is reasonable comparing to other shops. The sales persons are all very helpful. They always called me the day before an appointment to confirm. The seamstress there did a good job altering the chest area, adding busting, and hemming. One of my guests said she thought my dress was $4000. It's actually just $720.

I got my bridesmaids dresses and our tuxes from this store. I really appreciated their flexibility in changing our tux order so many times, but it was also frustrating that they were rather limited in what they could provide us. Their prices can be a bit steep but they do try very hard to provide you with what you are looking for. Their sales people are great - very helpful and attentive and willing to try whatever you ask for.

I went to all of the wedding stores in Tucson and was very disappointing with the service and the quality of dresses until I went to A Tailor. The lady that helped me treated me like a queen and did not rush me at all when I was trying different dresses on. Surprisingly the one I fell in love with was one she actually picked out for me and was nothing like the ones I was looking at. She told me she had a dress that would be perfect for my body ( I am only 5 feet tall and an athlete so finding dresses that don't make me look stocky is hard) so i tried it on not thinking I would like it because it was different. Let me tell you it was the most beautiful dress and looked amazing on me! And to make it better it was much less expensive than the ones I was looking at at the "chain" stores. I had so many complements on how beautiful my dress was. Not only was my dress amazing the customer service there was also. I went in to try the dress on two more times before I bought it and they were so nice when i came in. I went in two other times to try it on with different shoes and bras and matching it to my bridesmaids dresses and they never had a problem and were always happy to help. I would have also had my tuxedos from them but my dad had already put the deposit down somewhere else before I bought my dress.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. They respected my budget and didn't try to pressure me into trying on dresses that were over it. The only negative experience was that the guys suits weren't ready when we went to pick them up even though we had been assured the day before that they would be.

Our experience with Tailor, Tuxedo and Bridal had its ups and downs. My dress shopping experience there was really positive. And I had an alteration done a week before the wedding and it was done on time and looked great.

We decided to get the men's suits here as well. They were very helpful when we were making decisions and even switched out the mannequin to be in our suit and vest (which looked great!) so I could see it all together. When I picked up the suits the guys weren't with me, so they said that if we had a problem to come back the next day (Friday). They said if there were any problems it would only be the sleeve length. The guys tried on their suits at 2 p.m. on Friday. My groom and his dad couldn't get their suit jackets to close. They were completely the wrong size. Also, the hem of one of the jackets was coming undone. We called and they said to come over before 7 p.m. Minutes later I got a call saying we had to be there in an hour because the company they order the suits through closed at 3 p.m. My groom and his dad had to leave our rehearsal lunch to rush over (30 minutes away). Because my father in law had provided his measurements (he lives out of town) they said he must have provided the wrong measurements and were going to make him pay for the rushed shipping. The new suits would be in any time between 10:30 a.m. and noon (our photos started at 1:30 p.m.). Fortunately it all worked out - turns out whoever used the suits before had taken them in. The suits were in at 10 a.m. on Saturday and they didn't charge my father in law for the shipping.

It all turned out fine in the end, but the suit debacle definitely soured the overall experience.

Extremely helpful staff. I had almost given up at looking for dresses when I went into A Tailor. They only picked out dresses that looked good with my body and were very attentive. their seamstress is superb and does alterations for reasonable prices

They were amazing. They took everything and did it quickly and professionally.

They were amazing! We used them for all the men's rentals and they really came through with something that looked great at a decent price. They also managed to get my dad a tux at the last minute for no extra cost.
