This bridal boutique was amazing in every way. I only had two months to find a dress and they accommodated in every way I needed. Very pleased

All the employees at Adora are wonderfully helpful! They greet you with kind words when you enter and are very understanding of what you want in a dress, and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Alterations are very inexpensive, which was a huge plus! Very happy with the outcome of my experience and absolutely LOVE my lace gown!!

I loved working with Adora. They listened to my ideas and found an absolutely amazing dress for me, conveniently saving me a ton of money compared to a dress I was looking at from a different store. They have kind of shorter, odd hours and there were a few miscommunications on appt times but overall I enjoyed my experience. I was happy to support Tucson small business and would recommend them!

I purchased my dress through Brides Against Breast Cancer, but needed to have some alterations done. Even though the dress wasn't purchased through them, the staff at Adora was absolutely wonderful and never made me feel like a second class client. I really appreciated their evening hours, and willingness to make an appointment on a day they would have otherwise been closed. There was some confusion about one of my appointments that they missed, and also a discrepancy about the price of the custom birdcage veil they made for me (the original quote and final quote were significantly different but we were able to settle on something in the middle). I was a little disappointed, however, that the netting for the birdcage veil became detached almost as soon as I got it home and started trying it out. It was an easy fix, however, and all in all I was pleased with their service. The work they did on my alterations was impeccable... I had a strapless dress and it fit me like a glove, never once had to tug it up during the course of the night. I was completely comfortable. They also very generously stored my dress during the months leading up to the wedding so it would stay clean and safe.

We had a wonderful experience at the bridal store. They were helpful and helped us pick out the dress. However when we received the veil (they mailed to NYC) they failed to dye the whole veil so half was white and half was ivory. It took over a month to receive a refund for the veil purchased from Adora but no consideration to the veil we had to purchase at the last minute (3 days before the wedding) and the additional cost.

My initial appointment with Jaycie was amazing. She was super helpful and really did a great job listening to what I wanted and staying within my budget. Unfortunately once my dress was ordered, the stellar customer service I had originally experienced disappeared. No one called me to pay the balance-I had to call. No one called me to give me updates on my dress being shipped-I had to call. Then when my dress arrived, the belt I had ordered with it was no where to be found. When I asked about it all I got was a puzzled look and a "let me look for it." I was then told it was on back order. If that was the case, someone should have told me when they originally found out, not days after my dress came in. I then had to keep calling to make sure it would arrive in time because no one was keeping me in the loop. All of a sudden, the belt magically appeared-my gut feeling was that it was never ordered in the first place. Considering the money you spend on a dress, I felt I shouldn't have been the one doing all the following up. Based on everything I experienced, I then opted to not use their alterations person-I just didn't feel comfortable leaving my dress there after all that.

I am not one to post bad reviews but my experience at Adora was not a pleasant one. I ordered four bridesmaid dresses back in early February for a June wedding. When I ordered them I was told they would be in by mid April. When the day came and went I called and was told they would be in in mid May,just a couple weeks from my wedding. When that day came and went I called and was told they didn't know where my dresses were. The manager was never in the store and I had to beg the girl working there to have the manager call me. She finally did but offered little way to help fix the problem. I waited for my dresses until TEN days before my wedding. Having two out of four of my bridesmaids out of state I had no choice but to wait till the DAY before my wedding to get my dresses altered. The seamstress there was the saving grace of that place and did the alterations in less than 24 hours. I was never offered any compensation for having my bridesmaids dresses get there at the last minute. I got my wedding dress at Maya Palace and wish I would've gone through them for the bridesmaids dresses. Everything worked out but I shouldn't have had to go through the stress and tears to get my bridesmaids dresses.
