    Where shall I begin?! SPE coordinated my sister's wedding this past July and it was flawless! The wedding started on time, every detail was mapped out and even when I (the MOH) left the groom's ring in the hotel room, 20 minutes from the ceremony, SPE promptly rushed to get it and passed it to the Pastor LITERALLY right before the exchange! Little does SPE know that they saved me from being killed that day! LOL.
    But seriously, beyond being professional and perfectists, SPE simply takes care of their couples! I was more nervous about my sister's day that her, so to know that SPE had everything covered, just relieved the stress and let my sister be a bride and smile and enjoy every moment.
    I would absolutely recommend Carla and her staff for any event, not just a wedding! They have a keen eye for detail and are willing to go the extra mile, no matter what!
    SPE will definitely be my wedding planner/bridal shower planner/baby shower planner/any life event planner!
    Thank you for taking care of my sister on her special day :-)

    Amazing Design and Coordination

    I am a type A, detailed oriented person. I am crafty and creative. It seemed like an impossible task to find someone to design and coordinate my wedding. Style Perfect Events was phenomenal. Everything ran like clockwork and according to the detailed schedule they developed. Additionally, this team was able to take my vision and personal touches and develop a wedding design and atmosphere that was an excellent representation of me and my groom. So often designer have one look and if that's your look great but if not then it's just a beautiful wedding but "not you". This team had everything covered so all we had to do was "enjoy" the day...they had everything covered!

    I can't say enough good things about the impeccable service we received from Carla and her team for our 10.21.17 wedding at The Brawley Estate in Mooresville. Even though we hired Carla as our month-of coordinator, she was extremely helpful from the time we booked her with answering questions, sharing ideas, getting everything organized, and more. When the month of our wedding came, I realized that I truly didn't need to worry about anything else with the wedding because Carla had EVERYTHING under control - this was hard for me to accept as a very Type A bride who isn't used to relying on others, but Carla soon showed me that I had nothing to worry about. She asked all the right questions and thought of things that I hadn't thought of myself. When the big day arrived, literally everything went off without a hitch - if there were any minor bumps in the road, I wasn't aware of them! Our guests had an amazing time and raved about the wedding, many saying that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. I owe so much of that success to Carla and the rest of SPE. Thank you thank you thank you! <3

    Carla and her team were incredible to work with! We hired her as a month of coordinator and she absolutely went above and beyond for us. Her response time is very quick and she has connections will all the best vendors in Charlotte. I was not stressed about anything going wrong on the day of because I knew she had it covered...and she did. My wedding was amazing, it was exactly what I hoped it would be and more. All of my bridesmaids, who worked with other planners for their wedding raved about Carla and adored working with her on the day of as well. I consider myself very lucky to have had the chance to work with her and to know her as a person.

    Where do I even begin?! Carla is AMAZING!!! I cannot even imagine trying to plan my wedding without her?! Even my husband said he could not have survived wedding planning without Carla :-) She has a great online system that she uses for keeping track of all things wedding and it's a really great way to communicate and post ideas and suggestions. Carla not only suggested awesome vendors but she designed a wedding that I had only dreamt about and feared I would never be able to actually execute! She put together a style board for me that I could take to all vendor appointments and everyone was so impressed! Carla is so professional and truly good at what she does! She has a very keen eye for detail and design but is also very aware of everyone's budgets and provides options on either ends of the spectrum. I did not worry about one bit of my wedding because I knew she was in charge. The day of was so fun and exciting and I did not have to worry about anything, Carla took care of everything! My husband and I are so thankful that we were able to have SPE be a part of our special day and owe so much to Carla!! :-) We love her and highly recommend her!!!

    Carla was a gem to work with! I hired her for “month of coordination” and I would never regret it! Her professionalism, calmness, straightforward advice, and detail oriented manner helped me get through the toughest moments during my wedding process. Also, her online filing system keep up with all the documents needed to keep my wedding smooth and problem free. I would definitely recommend her services to any bride to be.

    SPE helped make my wedding turn out perfectly! Carla was amazing and allowed me to feel so relaxed on my wedding day. She really knows how to get things done and was really there for us through every detail. We felt so confident in her and I give her my absolute highest recommendation!

    Style Perfect Events made our wedding planning process so smooth. Carla took care of the details, and allowed us to relax on the wedding day, and not worry about a thing. Everything turned out absolutely perfectly. It is a day I will never forget, and I am so thankful that Style Perfect Events planned everything so well, and allowed me to truly focus on just enjoying the special day!

    Carla was amazing! She created an incredible design and provided a wonderful list of vendors that make planning both easy and fun. She was very organized and helped manage and organize all our vendors. The day of the wedding she made the event run smoothly and was very attentive. I loved working with her and highly recommend her!

    Style Perfect was Amazing! I never felt that I had anything to worry about with my wedding planning. They took so much stress away from me b/c they are so professional and you can tell this is their passion! My wedding day was Flawless thanks so Style Perfect and I highly recommend them to all Brides!

    Being a wedding photographer, I knew how important it was to have a planner for my day. Carla was absolutely perfect for us. I wanted to plan a lot of the wedding myself but I needed someone to fill in the little blanks of the day & to make it perfect the day of! Carla did exactly this! I didn't have to think about anything the day of and it was so relaxing and perfect. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding or more perfect planner. If anything went wrong on my day, I never knew about it because Carla & her team were so great. I will be recommending her to all my brides because she made our day beyond perfection!     Being the mother of the bride and on a very tight budget I did not want to spend the extra money for a wedding cooridnator. I had already put much of the planning in place also when we finally decided to met with Carla of SPE. After talking with her and seeing our needs and what we had already put into place she told us about her "day of" cooridnator service. It sounded like something I should probably do, but still didn't want to encure the extra expense. We made this decision to go ahead and contract SPE about 8 months out from the wedding date. As we got closer to the date and the stress of planning was starting loom we had our first meeting w/ Carla at the venue about 6 weeks out. When I left that meeting it hit me that we had made a good decision. When we had our final meeting about 2-1/2 weeks from the date I felt all the stress just slip away, because I knew SPE was going to take over and I was going to enjoy my daughter's special day. I highly reccomend Carla and the staff at SPE. They offer a wide variety of service levels for your wedding from planning the whole event to just being the one charge on the day of. I know if I had not contracted SPE my daughter's day would not have gone as flawless as it did with Carla in charge. I also would have been a nervous wreck. She is a delight to work with. She is very knowledgable and has many contacts she can offer. She is as professional as they get and every detail was attended to by her. She knows her stuff!

    My husband and I both agree that this was money VERY well spent. Having Style Perfect Weddings & Events as our wedding coordinators allowed us to actually enjoy every little bit of our wedding day. I highly recommend Carla & her team for any future event - her professionalism and down to earth attitude are an excellent mix for perfection!

    I found Carla through a "Google" search one night because I needed some direction for all my ideas. It was the best thing that happened to my wedding! Carla helped me to channel each idea into a specific part of the wedding in order to make it cohesive. I told her that my vision was for people to walk away from my wedding saying "I've never been to a wedding like that before!" She turned my wedding day vision into a reality! Her qualities are perfect for a "Type-A" Bride like myself! She is professional, easy going, flexible and an excellent listener. She helped me find vendors for linens and lighting which put my wedding over the top! From the wedding ceremony decore to the reception ballroom and lounge, it was all FABULOUS!!! It's hard for me to let someone else take control, but you can rest assure that Carla will make your wedding day dreams come true!!!! Thank you so much Carla!

    Carla was the saving grace of our wedding day :) At first as my mother and I undertook the wedding planning ourselves, we thought that when the big day arrived we would inlist a few family friends to make sure the event ran smoothly, trying to cut costs. When we met Matt (the DJ) and Carla, it was such a good deal for both that we decided to have her come on board to help with the reception planning. She was very efficient and promptly organized all the vendor contact info and made a timeline for us to make sure the event flowed well. Cut to two weeks before the wedding and we find out that our coordinator for the ceremony would not be able to provide her services, so in desperation we asked Carla and she was cool and calm. She quickly mapped that out as well and kept me from having a breakdown :) The day of the event was amazing...Carla was behind the scenes making sure all the vendors were where they needed to be, doing their jobs. Honestly without her I think a lot of issues would have come up that we didn't even think about! She helped the day go by without a hitch, and took all the stress off my mother and I so that we could enjoy the reason for the celebration. I would recommend her to anyone looking for help in coordination for a very reasonable price!!!

    A few of the things I had planned for were not carried out which left my guests wondering what was going on. After the honeymoon I had the occassion to speak with a few of my guests and realized why no one was doing alot of the things I had planned,which led them to leave so very early which left me and the groom to clean up after the wedding which was Not in the plan.
    The ceremony went off very well, except for the wrapping of the material around the poles. It was done wrong and the poles showed through when I really didnt want them to for the photos. Carla herself was very kind and professional.

    Hi Rae! It was such a pleasure working with you as your day-of coordinator. We followed your wedding day timeline to a tee and also worked very hard with you and your guests to keep a smooth flow for your intimate wedding reception, since you did not secure a DJ or masters of ceremony for your reception, which is very important. I wish you were happier with the sheer fabric; the wind was definitely blowing that afternoon, in which some of the pictures taken may have not been to your standard. In terms, of breakdown we stayed two hours after you and your guests left to stack chairs, tables, pack-up your décor items, take down the lighting, as well as, pick-up the trash the caterer left, so the owners of the home would not be left to tend to the trash, etc. I know Jimmy insisted on helping us immediately after the reception, but we politely let him know that we could take care of everything, so that you all could leave for your honeymoon. I appreciate your review and I feel that your wedding was truly beautiful and I wish you all many years of happiness.
