The bride specifically stated she did not want wall draping because she did not want to cover the exposed brick in the venue. Bride was quoted, contracted, and PAID for beam draping and she was provided more then beam draping because of last minute additions and requests she wanted bathroom doors covered with draping so an additional 50 foot of draping was also provided (not contracted). We have over 4,000 yards of draping. What does that mean? We own enough draping and lighting to drape/light 4 college basketball arenas. Bottom line is bride only requested, contracted and paid for beam draping and that is what she received and actually even more......

I met with the bride for her final consultation and provided centerpiece/tablescape samples that both her and her father approved. Bride further more got ready at the reception venue and prior to leaving to go to the ceremony the bride (Jennifer) previewed her reception and gave me a big hug and thanked my assistants and myself for how beautiful everything was. To my surprise the Monday following her wedding I received a phone call that she was disappointed because she was expecting ceiling draping???? Ceiling draping was never discussed, quoted, promised, or contracted. If any bride, groom, or family member whom reads this review has any questions in regards to this review I will be happy to discuss and review the documentation of this wedding to include the contract, actual photographs of the wedding reception set up, inspiration pictures, provided by myself and the bride, all emails (both business and facebook correspondence) and mock set up photos all approved by Jennifer prior to her wedding. Nothing is forgotten about we use our contracts, notes and all documentation that is agreed upon for set up of all weddings to include Jennifer's. I am not sure what the intentions of this review is however we provided above and beyond what was contracted and paid for. The high winds was an unfortunate circumstance that was beyond our control, however we did take the appropriate precautionary measures to anchor and weigh the décor down above and beyond the industry standard by utilizing base plates weighing over 100 lbs. Even though we cannot control or be responsible for Mother Nature or high winds we did everything possible to make your day beautiful as it was. At the end of the evening I spoke to the groom along with one of my assistants and he thanked me for how beautiful everything was and stated that we could not control the high winds.

Responding to flexibility this has left us confused especially after reviewing emails between us and the bride and groom, because there were no suggestions made even after asking for inspiration pictures to be emailed, we were only provided with the colors and pattern that was to be used; an appropriate color swatch was not provided (for the shade of yellow to be used). I sent text messages to the bride that went unanswered and had to follow up these text messages with emails and ask for the assistance of the wedding coordinator for responses 8 days before the wedding to finalize bouquets and centerpiece selections. It was explained to me that lack of communication and responses from the bride was due to her starting a new job and in training. Even though I felt as if I was chasing the bride down to do my job, I remained understandable of her circumstances. When the décor was finally finalized I personally made a trip to Atlanta to purchase the black candelabras used for this event the actual week of the event, due to the lack of response from the bride when the details were finally finalize it left no time to have them shipped to us. If there was ever an issue with what pictures I was sending for inspiration, it was never communicated of such. Instead I received a responses that this design will work for us..... Furthermore, I personally delivered to her a bouquet to be used for her bridal portraits to the location where pictures were taken to be of assistance to the bride, at no additional charge. The day of the wedding changes were made to the layout of the cocktail hour area and furniture was moved at the groom’s request. Early in the planning process we made suggestions to the couple about their venue selection and what options they should choose to get the most for their money.

In closing we take great pride in all events and we went above and beyond for this couple as we do for every wedding. If any bride, groom, or family member would like to review emails and documentation of this wedding I do have them available.
